Aircor showed up on time and fixed my leaking humidifier. They offered me to replace or service, and I choose servicing based on my budget, the solution was affordable. The technicians were friendly & professional and wore "booties," over their shoes which was appreciated! They also helped answer questions about using the humidifier. I would call Aircor to help with my furnace, A/C or humidifier again. Great work!

We found our A/C unit was not doing anything when we turned it on. A friend recommended Javier and he was the one who came to our house to look at it. He quickly did some diagnostics and found how to fix it. Javier was professional, friendly and honest. The price seemed reasonable for what he did. I would call him again.

They've installed my ac and furnace and charged extra $400 for extra warranty. . My ac and furnace broke down within 5 years.My furnace broke down last year and they've refused to fix. I've ended paying more money to get a new furnace with another company. I've complained at the state attorney's office and they still work in on the case. This people don't have any clue about how to install anything correctly so furnace and air- conditioner break down very fast. Also they don't know how to wire because they don't have any certification for electrical work. DO NOT CALL THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS AND CLUELESS. Pay little more and get a better company.

I AM CHANGING MY ORIGINAL EVALUATION OF THIS COMPANY. I WILL NOt BE USING THEM AGAIN AND REGRET CALLING THEM THE FRIST TIME. I paid for the AC and Furnace is am stuck with one more visit.

they were scheduled to come back and I was scheduled for 4-6 pm. I called at 5:30 to confirm the technician would arrive on time and was told yes. At 6:48 I called them and nobody knew where Javier was. He called at 6:50 mumbling about complications at the last site. He was 30 minutes away. So I had to reschedule.
The person who answers the phone said she was remote and not with the technician. as though that excuses the fact that nobody had the courtesy to call me and let me know he was going to be ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES. late on a Friday night. She did not contact him to see where he was and he did not tell her that he was running one hour behind. Very disappointed.DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I just got my furnace and air condition system installed. I totally recommend this company and the workers. I had Javier and Pablo with their team install it for us. Great price, fast response, perfect work. Totally recommend.

Needed an emergency repair for my elder parents after business hours and three other companies were unable to provide service during that time HOWEVER Aircor saved the night supplying available service with a phenomenal technician. Not only was the service of the repair satisfying, Javier Villa explained what the problem was while servicing us with a smile. GREAT JOB JAVIER.

AirCon responded right away with a request to install a humidifier! It was installed, tested up and running with no problems within 2 hours! I'd recommend this company without hesitation! I hope not to have anymore issues with my heating and air conditioning, but if I do I know who I can count on!

We called on Friday to make an appointment to have a technician come and look at our furnace. They set up and appointment for the same day. Pablo came out told us our motor needed to be replaced and they could order the part and have it installed by Monday. I had an appointment window of 10am-12pm. Pablo was here not too long after 10 despite the snow fall we had this morning. He replaced our motor and bled our radiators. The radiators that werent heating up are now warming up. I am extremely satisfied with them and Pablo. We definitely will be setting up a service contract with them so they can come yearly.

We had our pilot light go out on Tuesday morning and had a technician there in about an hour or two to look it over and turn it back on. Saul showed made sure everything was working properly and showed my father how to turn the pilot light back on. Early in the afternoon the pilot light went back out. Pablo came back to and made sure everything was installed and working properly. He even replaced the thermocouple (he replaced it when he replaced our motor) to be on the safe side. Well at 7 that same night the pilot light went back out and I texted Pablo and he said would be there at 9am on Wednesday. He came yesterday and looked at everything and it was all in order. He also went outside to look at our chimney cap. Well we have the wrong cap that isnt covered enough where a draft can come down the chimney and turn off the pilot light. He suggested we replace it with a more covered chimney cap. We will definitely be contacting them when the weather is warmer to get that replaced. This company is very easy to deal with and their technicians are great especially Pablo.
