Called Mike Williams plumbing due to the slow trickling of the water from the shower when turned off. I called because I have heard about the company from the multiple ads in which they claim such excellent service. The technician came out and it took no more than 10 minutes to diagnose that there was a problem with the spilling valve causing a leak. The technician also told me that sometimes the calcium buildup prevents the valve from closing completely. The technician then quickly presented me with the "upfront pricing". He said it would be $406 to "repair" and "rebuild" the valve. Outrageous and unbelievable! He then told it will be over $2000 to replace a new shower head and plate!!! I'm so glad I didn't agree to the offered repair because later that day my husband and I took the internal components of the valve out using two wrenches and wiped them clean with the paper towel. We then put them right back in. The problem was fixed. I still cannot believe they were going to charge me over 400 dollars! The technician also didn't hesitate to immediately remind me about the $79.95 "trip" fee after I said that $406 sounded very expensive for this type of a problem. I will never use their services again neither will I recommend them to family and friends.

Called for preventive maintenance on my air conditioning unit. Sara was courteous and scheduled my appointment promptly. Jennifer provided a follow-up call to let me know that scheduling remained on track. Brennan arrived on time and was gracious as he took the extra time to educate me on what he was accomplishing and the testing results of my unit. I appreciated Brennan's frank, honest, and no pressure assessment of my options. It was a pleasure working with these professionals. Their proactive approach and responses to my queries made me realize that the company wanted to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Ryan W. did a great job of checking my furnace & water heater. He explained the issues he found, how they would be corrected, & the cost to fix them. I had to reschedule the first appointment & the office team was very polite & understanding. Great job by all I had contact with.

First this is a great company they are covid minded They sent someone out in a timely manner. They provide a picture of who’s coming.

Due to two separate, unrelated basement water/plumbing issues, I've had to use Mike Williams Plumbing after hours service twice in the last 6 weeks. Both times, Cameron came to my house and repaired our problem quickly and with a great attitude. Super nice guy. The work was a little pricey but due to the emergent need of both circumstances and the after hours call, they were completely reasonable. I highly recommend. P.S. I really hope not to see them again soon. Haha.

It has been a nightmare. I called and scheduled to have my water heater replaced. They were scheduled to arrive between 12 and 4. At 11:03 they called to confirm appointment. At 3:35 they called to say they were not coming and wanted to schedule for the next day. So 1 afternoon off work for nothing. Day 2 arrives and they are scheduled to come at 2. They arrive at 2:25. At 5:50 it was completed. By 6:45 my floor is flooded. I contact the 24hr service and they inform me an on call tech will call me. One hour later I had not heard anything and so i called again. This time I was informed that no techs available and that i could call at 7 am. Now my water heater is leaking not only water but gas. I make a 3rd call and still nothing. Now my water and gas are shut off and still waiting for a response. Not sure why i have a 6 year warranty when i cant even get a return call. So disappointed and furious about the service. In total a 2100 dollar water heater and 3 partial days off work and still without hot water and now gas. Thanks Mike Williams excellent job. 2nd review So 7 am came and no call. I called them and asked to speak to a manager and was not put in contact with one. I explained the problem and was told they already have an 8 appt but will let them know I need service. No appointment was scheduled and here I am home with no water and gas and missing work again. I called another company since apparently this one is incompetent

Brennan did an excellent job installing my new kitchen sink disposal: the job was done extremely quickly but cleanly, and the new disposal seems to work perfectly. Brennan was also polite, straightforward regarding service and pricing, and a pleasure to chat with. The receptionist I spoke with to schedule service was also extremely pleasant. Would certainly use again!

Mike Williams has always been very professional with each visit, they arrive on time, and if anything needs to be changed (time of arrival) I always get a call from their office. They have done a couple of jobs for us and Ryan D. is always courteous and he is very thorough . This trip was for the Spring/Summer checkup of our AC unit and water heater. He and his assistant inspected the units, made suggestions and gave us options to upgrade things on our unit. NO high pressure just options. (I would like to see the quoted prices a little lower, but that is the cost of business in today's world)
