He found my bursted pipe. I was without water for 6days starting on Christmas Eve. So happy to get my water back on.

Our tech was very nice and shared with us his promo. He was there after 5 but didn't charge us or make us feel as if we inconvenienced him for needing his services after he should have been off for the day. Kudos to Mike Williams for theyre team.

We just had our first biannual Priority Maintenance Plan HVAC inspection by Randy. He was extremely thorough with both his inspection and his summary explanation. During his time in our home, he was polite, personable, and respectful. So glad we signed up for the Priority Program!

After speaking with the manufacturer of the furnace they assured me that our warranty is still good and even emailed my a copy of it with my name on it. Life time on heat exchanger. We believe this is a blessing in disguise. We know this very expensive POS needs to be taken out of our home. We are so thankful that we and our two foster children are ok. It was installed 8 years ago and has a hole in the heat exchanger large enough to put your finger in. We realize that we were a bit laxed on getting it serviced but we did have them service it 4 yrs ago. Did the tech miss it when the inspection was done at that time? I cant imagine that a hole that huge could have happened in 8 years let alone in the 4 years since it was last inspected. Yes you did offer to come out however you told me that we would probably have to pay for parts and labor because you insist that we only had a 1 yr warranty but that's ok, we are having this extremely dangerous piece of junk removed from our home immediately.

I was impressed starting when the person on the other end of the phone (Emily) answered my call. She was both professional and friendly. Greg worked on our air conditioner and, as advertised, he finished the work in one visit. AND I was also impressed with the fact that I was offered THREE options for repair. I would call Mike Williams Plumbing again in a minute.

When Victor came to the door, he was outgoing and easy to talk to. I followed him around as he inspected my plumbing and HVAC. He was up front about the problems he identified and quickly got a sales representative to schedule a visit. He identified the parts of the furnace for me and showed me the inside of the furnace with his neat camera system. He and I worked together to get the furnace working, but his recommendation was to get it replaced. He was very personable, and easy to get along with. Overall, a good choice for HVAC/plumbing inspection!

We had an emergency with our water heater so we ended up calling. They came and fixed it the same day which was amazing!! Ryan was fantastic as well. He was super helpful and did a great job!

Ricky was especially friendly, knowledgeable, and practical. During a routine spring check-up today, he identified a few problem areas without pressuring me to buy anything right away. He also let me know about a sale going on that applied to a service my husband and I had been considering for some time. I appreciate having time to weigh new information and possible solutions.

Terry L was very helpful! He came to replace our kitchen faucet. Our replacement turned out to be defective. Terry called dispatch to see if he could wait while I went out to get a new faucet. He received permission and put the new faucet in quickly. Terry is very professional and pleasant to talk to. We would be happy for Terry to come again.
