Called for AC outage. Were onsite the next day, identified the issue within 15 minutes and were able to repair within another 30 minutes. Part replaced was a falling capacitor. Added a soft start kit to an older compressor.

Good communication, worked around my scheduling issues on the day of the service.

A technician came to look at my water heater and after about 5 minutes told me that it was beyond repair and that he was unable to get the part even if he wanted to fix it because my water heater was "old and unreliable". My water heater is from 2014. He then continued to quote me for a new water heater for $2500 and that was the cheapest. I called a local independent plumber and he was able to fix my water heater and get the part it needed the same day. $60 total. Mike Williams does not fix water heaters, they try to rip you off by telling you its broke and charging you a 500% mark up for a new one. Avoid at all costs.

I have always been pleased with Mike William's company. Ryan Drake has been our professional technician for years. He is very intelligent and has always solved every problem we have had through the years. Ryan always explains things well and is very respectful and polite in our home. He even had a sense of humor after he found out what I had dropped in the toilet. Ryan was able to fix it! We highly recommend Mike Williams!!

Been a user of Mike Williams for 2 years. They are very responsive and professional. 4 stars due to they seem pretty expensive for the work they do but probably all plumbing is. The technicians are always good.

We had been having trouble with our furnace not staying on and the house getting very cold. The first company that came out did some cleaning and said it was fine; yet when it would not retain the desired temperature and we called back we were advised to turn the furnace off and then back on - which would only work for about a half hour. We found Mike Williams on Angie’s List and contacted them. Clay came out to our house and thoroughly checked our furnace and found the problems. Clay patiently explained the findings and what it would take to fix it. We decided to have it all done at once; Clay went out, got the parts and installed. Clay was very personable and professional. We plan to use Mike Williams regularly from now on. Heartily recommend both the company and our technician Clay.

Joseph was friendly, efficient, informative. He completed the task quickly and had a good attitude while doing it. I was a sales trainer for most of my career and Mike Williams has an excellent employee in Joseph.

The worker came to our house and just said "oh we dont work with septic tank" and just left. I called over to check to make sure Im not billed for that but a customer support lady said you're paying for someone to go to your house, that does not include fixing the problem. FYI, I bought a drain machine for myself and fixed the problem which was a blockage in the pipe that is going to the septic. All I needed from your worker was his drain machine and try to unclog the pipe, he did not even try to use it. That should not be my responsibility to inform you that its septic, its your responsibility to ask since these problems does not happen often to homeowners.

EDIT: UPDATE, I spoke with their management Micah and apparently I was not billed with the service since it was not started. And she expressed her understanding to my frustrations as well and was very polite the whole time. I'm sorry for all the confusion, but I am very relieved now. Thank you very much!

Tech spent 45 min writing estimates and then tried to sell me maintenance plan for $200-$300. Just to run a snake in the line was going to charge me $800! Then when I refused he charged me the $190 for writing up the estimate. SCAM
