Ricky arrived on time, knew his job, explained things clearly, was always courteous and professional, and made a warm connection, especially with my rambunctious little dog. Moreover, he did not pressure me to buy an additional service but gave me all the time I needed to think about it. These qualities are rare today in many service companies.

Mike Williams Plumbing technician, Terry L. Arrived within a few hours of my call and worked very hard to get my complicated drain problem solved. He was courteous and professional, helping me to understand the issue. I highly recommend Mike Williams Plumbing!

I am a preference club member with Mike Williams. This morning I called them about a plumbing emergency at 8 am and I was told they will call me back by 8:30, I didn’t get a call and then I called them at 9:30 at that I was told they are experiencing Comcast messenger issues and she promised me a service visit before 2:30 pm. No one called and no service person came to my home. I called them back at 2:45 pm. Then another person who received the call said after 2:30pm on Saturday till Monday morning it’s after hours and I have to pay $189.00 for just making a visit. I told him this is my 3rd call for the day and I was promised a service person visit before 2:30 he said he will make a note and I’ll get a call from Oncall person in 10 min. I called them back at 3:30 pm saying I didn’t receive a call and nobody came around. I gave my details again and I was told I’ll get a call soon. They didn’t know what happened but Oncall person would give me a call. Still no call and no visit.

I am very disappointed with the business practice. If you treat your preference club member like this, and can’t keep your promise I feel like it’s not good for your business.

I felt like I am being cheated for extra service charge I was made to wait till 2:30pm to schedule my service.

Will never Use Mike Williams ever again. I had some plumbing pipes and water lines rerouted in our bathroom. Job cost use almost $4600 dollars and the job wasn't completed property. Never again I'll call someone else for my plumbing needs.

Ryan Mette did a great job leading the team that installed our new AC system. He sought help when he needed it. Now we just need to wait to see if the system saves as much as it is suppose to. I am happy with the professionalism if the people.

I am a realtor with a local Champaign company. I have a buyer client in need of a new furnace and a/c after discovering during the inspection process the furnace has a cracked heat exchanger. I advised my client I would get an estimate to replace the HVAC units. When I called Mike Williams Plumbing and Heating of Champaign I was advised "they wouldn't give me an estimate because I wasn't a homeowner". I explained my client is buying the house and a bank currently owns the house. I don't get it! I was trying to do a service for my client and also solicit Mike Williams Plumbing which they wouldn't even offer an estimate. Sorry Mike Williams Plumbing and Heating, but that was my last call to your business.

Our tech, Ricky, was courteous and helpful. His friendly manner and knowledge about his work shows us that Mike Williams takes care of their employees and their customers.
