Horrible experience. They took advantage of my 85 year-old father, charging his credit card for $1100 when they did a VERY simple service to fix a toilet and garbage disposal that should have cost $450 max. This is not the first time I've heard of this kind of rip-off from them. Had I known my father was calling them I would have stopped this immediately! PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They are con artists and take advantage of people who are inexperienced in dealing with repair service people. NOT KIDDING.

Ryan was extremely thorough and professional. He addressed all of the issues I had and identified a leak I wasn’t aware of and repaired it too. Outstanding work.

Bruce K. was professional and very helpful. He checked my AC unit, the furnace and the water heater. I told him I was having trouble putting the air filters in the furnace because of where they had to go. He changed them for me. I told him the water heater was 30 plus years old and I have never had it checked. Wondering if I should have it replaced. He said it was in good condition so he did not think I needed to replace now. He did give me prices for a new water heater if decide to replace.

Preying on seniors. My mom's outside water froze as heat tape failed. Service man came and said it was frozen (yeah we knew that) and then gave her a non-itemized estimate of $1500 to run a new line of pex 8 feet, heat tape and insulate it. But he told her for $2500 she could get 2 year warranty on it and for $3500 a 5 year warranty. What?! When I called and spoke with the serviceman, he was unable to verbalize how the $1500 was broken down - how much for labor, parts, etc. After inspecting the line myself. Yes, it's frozen but can be thawed and additional heat tape applied - no way that costs $1500. Protect your loved one and avoid Mike Williams. Other reviewers on multiple sites have commented that the prices are way above average. I agree.

We had kind of a double whammy with a plumbing problem then a week later a furnace problem. Prompt service with both and Ryan was super talented with both problems. a regular Ryan of all trades. Thank you so much and so glad we can count on Mike Williams for all kinds of house issues.

It was easy to set up an appointment for an AC check on our old system. On the day of check the office notified me early enough that I had time for other activities before David P. arrived. He was thorough, courteous, and professional, letting me know the technical condition and options for next steps. I've already booked a follow up visit to explore possibilities. Thanks!

Very disappointing service. Called to have them come look at our furnace and gave them both my number and husbands. They called my husband, even though when we made the appointment we stated to call me since I was the one home, at 9:30 am to say they had a free tech, who could come out. Within the five minutes, it took him to check to see if I was home, they sent the free tech to another place…however, they did not inform us of this until I called in after waiting over an hour and a half to find out what was going on. I was told they had another free tech, but it would be over an hour for travel time. I canceled appointment and went with another company, if they had actually listened when the appointment was made they would not have called my husband in the first place.

Very satisfied with the service I received from Mike Williams. Ricky V. was kind and informative. My stupid cats decided to take a poop on the floor right where my water heater is that needed to be looked at. I was very embarrassed but Ricky was nice about it! Haha. Hopefully he doesn't have to deal with the smell of cat poop at every house he visits!

Mike Williams tries hard to get a service tech over quickly! Terry Lehnen has been to our house a few times. He is ways professional, courteous and does stellar work! Mike Williams is lucky to employ this guy! Thank you Terry!
