Do not use Mike William's... I called them at 8 this morning, they said they will be here today,called me several times with updates , last call said 15 minutes and that was over an hour ago and they are still not here . It is now 8 pm and I'm still waiting. I missed work and could of called someone else who would of showed up . I am still without running water and regret calling them. Please do not waste your time with this company

Brennan was courteous, efficient and helpful. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was very helpful in helping solve the problem that I was having with my kitchen sink and he was upfront about the pricing.

We needed emergency service. The response time was quick, recommended repair options were explained clearly, and Terry answered all our questions about other services offered by the company. Top notch service. I would highly recommend this company.

Dripping shower head... Mike Williams sent a 22 year old who wouldn't even open the fixture. He quoted me $1552.00 to put a hole in the shower and weld in a new fixture. I called John Whalen of Whalen Plumbing the next day; Whalen fixed the leak and charged me $121.00.
Mike Williams, sorry, but you need to do better. I'm putting your refrigerator magnets in the trash.

Ryan was very good, and answered questions and checked our air handler in attic, and found it needed work and took care of . told us it would be a lot better and would work more efficiently.

Emily was very nice & helpful on the phone. Greg went beyond what he had to do. He's is very nice & very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend in if u have any problems.
