Mattex Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Sewer, and Electrical

So far I have liked all of the techs that have helped me throughout the years. I believe Jeff is my favorite. I believe so because of who he is as well as the service he provided. He is a person who personally works on himself while working on being great at his job. I was impressed and I am glad I met him as a person as well as how he helped me and my family get heating to our home as it is starting to get cold.

Mattex kept me informed every step of the process. Oscar Rardin, the tech, showed up right on time and put on footies before entering my house. He replaced a water valve and installed a washing machine for me. He was efficient, kind, friendly and informative. This kind of service is rare in today's business climate. I was happy with every phase of dealing with Mattex from the very first phone call. I was afraid I would have great difficulty finding a plumber to do such a small job. They give the type of old-fashioned service that many of us grew up with, but that seems to have disappeared from many businesses. I highly recommend them and will definitely use Mattex in the future.

I've been doing business with Mattex almost since it's conception. It's been my experience that the technicians are well versed in their field, whether it be heating and cooling, plumbing, or electrical.
Today's visit was to reroute an ice maker line. Upon inspection, I was told the line was already where it needed to be. When I asked James Keifer what I owed him, he said, "..nothing.."! James was also out to give follow-up advice on a new hybrid heat pump high efficiency water heater, which I have decided to purchase. This decision came with the help of the Mattex "family" of personnel and technicians.
I have now used all of their services at one time or another. They most always do a good job on any project, repair, or check-up. As far as costs, they're on the high end of things, but then you get what you pay for!

Thomas’s did a fine job yesterday by residing a grain bin for us. He was on time, verified with my crew as to what needed to be done, and did the work.

Prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. What more can I say? Matt really knows his stuff. Efficient, hard-working, honest. I've used Mattex over 20+ years for all my commercial walking coolers and freezers plus HVAC and heating. Matt founded Mattex. He is the best HVAC technician Ive ever met. Highly recommended.

Rowan showed up today about 2 months minutes early. He was about as thorough as anyone could be. He suggested a couple of items I might want to consider and was able to answer any questions I asked. Awesome job. I will probably ask for him specifically in the future though all the Mattex guys are great. Keep up the excellent work!

Gage came out on time and explained the job and need materials thoroughly. He came back with the needed parts as I requested a special dual outlet valve for an RO system. He was professional and friendly and did a really good job.

This review is directed to James Keifer who recently performed maintenance on our HVAC. Not only did he do a very professional and thorough servicing of our system, he also found answers and solutions to problems we have had since the system was purchased approximately 6 years ago. The issues were very apparent once he pointed them out and it surprised me no other technician had noticed earlier. We were ready to have the unit removed but I’m sure he has fixed the problem.
In addition to his expertise, he was very personable and thoroughly explained everything. Kudos to Jim for his help!

Mattex is really easy to use and responsive. We had a new A/C unit installed last year and they did a great job. This year followed up with routine service and they helped make sure everything was still working well and repaired a separate issue. Great people to use.
