I've always had great experiences with Mattex. They are professional, On time, they are thoughtful about your home (they don't track mud through your house), and they know what they are doing which is a huge plus with heaters, AC Units and water heaters. Would highly recommend! They are more expensive but you get what you pay for and it's worth it trust me!!

Cecil Brimmage did the most thorough job of identifying issues with our HVAC installation and corrected all of them. He is highly recommended. I wish all technicians were as trustworthy as Cecil.

After new countertops installed, Brandon hooked up my new faucet, garbage disposal, and ensured the dishwasher was hooked in as well. The appointment was made at their first opening (Friday), but I asked if they had any cancellations on Thursday, I'd be interested in filling that slot... and that's what happened. They listen and accommodate! I've used this company in the past for a new furnace/AC installation, and they are an awesome company!

I took advantage of the "free furnace" offer. Mattex gave me a credit equal to the cost of a single stage Goodman furnace. The installers were respectful and explained the new thermostat.
