Mattex Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Sewer, and Electrical

I’m really impressed with the responsiveness and the professionalism of Mattex. Having never used their services we reached out to them one evening when our water heater failed. Surprisingly they sent a tech to our home the very next morning and were able to install a replacement water heater the same day. Also impressed with their tech savvy and a totally paperless transaction. We will for sure call on them again.

Regular maintenance and an issue was found and corrected immediately. Explanation was given and am very satisfied.

Peyton was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the radiant heat flooring system and offer options to decrease the cost of heating in my home.

Always get good information and good advice, Poor Tomasz was working on putting a vent though our garage while it was freezing and snowing out, and offered to help me carry things in when I showed up with a carload of groceries during the snowstorm! Lovely guy who does great work and gives great info.

Very satisfied! They came the same day I called and completed the job that day as well. Brian was fantastic. He was friendly, explained all my options clearly, and didn't pressure me into a particular decision. He also showed me everything clearly and went above and beyond to make sure our strange plumbing set-up functioned as best as possible.

Everyone at Mattex was wonderful. They were able to troubleshoot and make repairs to our system within hours of calling them. Kiefer was honest, reliable, kind, respectful and knowledgeable. He fulfilled his commitments he made, communicated well through the whole process and did it with a smile on his face. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Mattex employee arrived ahead of time that was provided to me. The Mattex employee wear a mask and put on shoe covers before entering home. Great customer service and professionalism!

I own a local bar and was having issues with a compressor for one of my coolers. Alex arrived less than 30 minutes after I placed the service call, was knowledgeable, professional, & worked efficiently! My cooler was back up and running again in less than an hour. 10/10 recommend!
