Mattex Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Sewer, and Electrical

I used Mattex once years ago and now they're spamming me with sales calls out of the blue. Definitely won't ever use there service again.

Drew was our comfort consultant, very professional showed up on time and was able to explain everything to me and gave me several options to chose from.

Clinton was very professional and yet took the time to greet my 3 yr old granddaughter. He explained everything and was quite prompt! I love Mattex service and systems.

We have nothing but praise for Mr. Kiefer. Assessed the problem(s) quickly, installed two new toilets after obtaining them on short notice the same morning, very clean and efficient. Liked, in particular, how well he explained his services and the charges upfront. All very nicely done.

Oscar from Mattex did an incredible job in my home! It was a pretty extensive job of replacing hot water heater, replacing some galvanized plumbing and other repairs. He was patient with the older home and maintained the integrity of the home!

James Kiefer has done outside faucet installation and shower repair for me on three occasions this year. He is an excellent service person and I am delighted with the high quality of his work. Mattex is fortunate to have him on staff and I will always request him for future plumbing service.

Blake Smith did a nice job installing a new disposal and two faucets and completing other minor plumbing repairs at my place. He checked and double checked to make sure there were no leaks after installation. He also did a fine job demonstrating how to operate the new equipment. I would recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Our 5 year old thoroughly clogged the toilet with a softball sized wad of toilet paper. Mattex worked around our schedule, contacted us once they had an available time for us, the tech contacted us on the way, and they were in and out quickly with good communication. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with the work done by Mattex. Their staff was personable, careful, knowledgeable, and professional. Work was completed without issue and when they left, they left a complete system, a clean house, and exactly the system that was bid. Also, multiple follow-up maintenance visits over the last two years have been equally good experiences.
