Mattex Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Sewer, and Electrical

Update: 8/23/2022: After posting my initial review, I was pleasantly surprised when Mattex contacted me about my experience. Kyle from Mattex listened to my experience and promised to make it right. He came out today, looked at the issue and has scheduled a tech to come out and repair the disposal. I was very impressed with the Mattex teams desire to make it right. Consequently updating my review to 4 stars.

Original Review: My experience with Mattex to install a new kitchen sink disposal was not positive . They are high priced, our install was not done correctly the first time, and we went back and forth on whether the followup visit to fix the initial install should be charged (in the end they agreed it was a faulty install and did not charge me, but it took a while to get to that agreement). Now, only two years after the install, the disposal is leaking. We've since switched to using Dogtown heating and plumbing and have been very satisfied with their technicians, service and prices.

Super impressed with Mattex. James Keifer did an incredible job replacing our very old and failing water heater and the communication from Mattex the whole time was outstanding. A++ would recommend them to anyone.

Blake did a great job. He was very courteous, kind, and knowledgeable.

From making the first call to completing the service, my entire experience was fantastic! With extreme heat outside, they arrived in record time as far as I was concerned! Tomasz was very knowledgeable and great at explaining the issue. Will definitely use them in the future!

Austin came out on a same-day call. He was great! He found the problem with the AC unit very quickly and was able to offer multiple solutions. Since we need a new unit he gave me some advice on what to talk about with the salesman and what type of products would be offered.

Our new HVAC was ready to be installed less than 48 hours later. The installation techs worked quickly and made sure everything was set up and running perfectly. This is our first time dealing with Mattex and we were not disappointed!

Punctual. Polite and explained the questions I had concerning a dual stage furnace. Would definitely recommend him.
