We need an emergency replacement for a leaking boiler. ProAir's representative and workmen have been patient and clear in this worrisome situation. They came out on a Sunday, tested everything they could, explained how to get through the immediate issue, and reviewed in a very professional manner what the new system would involve. It's a professional business one can trust.
A follow up after all the work is done. This is a good, thorough, straightforward company. Garry and his crew did a careful, thorough job removing the old boiler and installing up-to-date, safe equipment. Our house feels much more comfortable and secure. Thank you.

I called Pro Air because my AC went out in the middle of the day. They had a tech out within 20 minutes. Gary was quick and knowledgeable and thoroughly explained what went wrong and why. I am happy with the service and will be using Pro Air in the future!

Technician was kind enough to work after normal working hours since I called when they were closed, he worked in the rain, solved the problem, and our A/C was fixed in less than an 45min. Highly recommend. This is our 2nd time using this service and both experiences have been great!

Pro Air first visit was from a friend’s recommendation. They installed a new air conditioner. The men were professional but friendly. They were here when they said they would be and did excellent work. When I needed electrical work done I called them again and they were out the same week and solved several problems including installing new smoke detectors and Co2 meters throughout the house. I was very pleased with the service. Good quality and fair price.

Gary was able to arrive much earlier than expected and was able to get my new thermostat installed, boiler cleaned and new part needed replaced. He was super and his good work and professional made me very happy to have gotten him to service my boiler. I hope C & E know what a great asset he is to your company. I will use your company in the future especially if Gary's the one who picks up my service request.

We had a great experience with Pro Air. We had our old system repaired, a new system installed, and our ducts cleaned. Each of their employees; Brian, Vinny, Dustin (?), and Trevis, were very professional. We appreciate that they wore their masks the entire time they were in our home. They explained everything clearly and we felt very comfortable with them. We were given multiple estimates with various options to fit our budget. Pro Air was always very prompt and responsive to our needs. Highly recommend!

I have used Pro-Air for many years. I’ve had them install a new furnace, a large geo-thermal install in a previous residence, repair a Mitsubishi split heater/air conditioning, and repairs on my Air Conditioner /Furnace. I highly recommend this company! Definitely! Pro Air is Professional, Honest, Hardworking, and Quality company! With all my experiences with my HAVC needs, they are the only trusted HAVC company. I’ve experienced some others which I will not mention. Pro-Air’s number is now a favorite contact in my phone!! Lol

I had my AC replaced by Ryan, Collin and Jared and it is in a tricky tight space. They did an excellent job! They were courteous, helpful and did a great job.

We had several wall outlet switches that we were having issues with. We used PRO Air previously for our fireplace and were happy with their services. We called and they sent an electrician to look at our issues. Matt was great! He arrived early, diagnosed the issues, explained the process and fixed the issues quickly.
