PRO Air Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Diagnosed problem. The source coax was completely rusted up and leaking fluid which caused the geo to completely shut down. Now have to wait for parts, etc

Can't say enough good things about the service I have received over the years. I always request to have Garry to do the annual servicing of my AC and furnace. He is top notch in the field. He is thorough and even cleaned out some mice one year in my AC unit! He knows his stuff and has made suggestions through the years to make the units run more efficiently. Keep up the good work!

I have used ProAir twice in the last few months( In 2020.) I received a recommendation from another contractor to use them for electrical work. Matt, from Pro Air installed 3 new outlets in my basement. It is insulated but no finished walls, so he was very careful not to tear the plastic covering the installation He cleaned up and answered questions. I asked about a whole house humidifier. He was very knowledgeable and knew the installed price. Matt is a licensed electrician, plumber and HVAC person. Based on Matt's actions I scheduled an installation of a humidifier and the IWave air purifier. Dustin was the tech who installed this equipment. Dustin was also very knowledgeable. Before installation he described separately to my wife and I where it would go, how the water hooked up, and how the wires would look on the outside of the furnace. After installation, he demonstrated how it worked, turned on and how to adjust the humidity. Dustin also left things neat and clean.
Both of these techs were very friendly and easy to work with.
On 4/26/23 Matt came to do a/c check per the maint agreement. He was still very friendly and went thru the list of checks/measurements he conducted. He was here about 40 minutes and said it all checked out fine.

Ryan, Travis, and Collin did a great job with our heating cooling installation! They were on time very professional and respectful! Super clean ! Took out all our old stuff left no trace of being in the house!

I am a long time Pro Air customer. I signed up for the Pro HVAC service plan where their technicians come out to my house (summertime to service A/C and wintertime to service heating). Today Pro Air Technician Gary came to my house and did a great job servicing my A/C. I really appreciate Gary taking time to explain things to me and perform quality service on my A/C unit. In the Bloomington-Normal area I think you'll have a hard time beating the quality and price of Pro-Air. The two techs that came out to install our new Carrier furnace and A/C were super friendly, courteous and answered all the questions I had! Would definitely recommend.
