They showed up on time and were very thorough. They found a capacitor that was likely to fail and replaced it. All else was fine

The servicemen showed up on time and repaired our AC. They were friendly and helpful and resolved the issues to our satisfaction.

After 5 days of no heat...and trying to get parts to fix it...one call to Pro Air and I had heat the next day...just in time for cold weather!
Our technician Dustin was polite and explained everything he was doing...very knowledgeable. Also kudos to Stacy in the office...she was patient and helpful with warranty look up.
Pro Air will be my go to from here on out for heating and air conditioning maintenance/repairs!

While we recently had them repair our A/C in our new house, several years ago they installed a furnace for us on Christmas Eve. Both times we had wonderful and profession service. I love that we have had two consistent service calls. Friendly staff helped us both on the phone keeping us updated on the appointment as well as in person for the repair work. They got us in next day without an extra service charge in the summer as well. I highly recommend C&E/Pro-Air!

Darren arrived on time and was extremely professional. He moved my A/C approximately 3 feet which required him to pump down the system and solder in a section of high and low side lines. It turned out very clean. They were prompt to respond to the service request and was at a very fair price. Denise was able to give me an estimate over the phone and she was spot on. I will be using Pro-Air for any of my future HVAC needs and will definitely refer them to my neighbors and friends.

The technician, Gary, was awesome as usual. He is always on time. He is always careful not to leave behind any mess. He is very efficient. He always takes good care of our heating and A/C equipment. ProAir sent me messages on all phases of the job, such as a reminder of the appointment, when tech was on the way, etc. Technician was friendly and very knowledgeable, providing good information and helpful tips. I highly recommend them.
