PRO Air Heating, Cooling & Electrical

I’ve had PRO Air Heating-Cooling service both my furnace and A/C. I’m impressed by their speed. I can honestly say when I’ve called, the phone never gets through the first ring before someone is there to greet you. Even with all their business, they have always been so quick to get someone out and follow up with appointments. The techs are great. They explain exactly what they are thinking and looking at. They are transparent and honest. They also explain what they recommend for the future based on the age of the unit and current issues. They also have a maintenance plan that’s amazing value for what they offer. I can’t recommend them enough!

The lady who took my call was polite and Informative. The technician Jacob was courteous and efficient. He had my AC back up and running within 45 minutes!! You are a ROCK STAR Jacob! Job well done. We will call again for sure. I highly recommend Pro Air.

Pro Air provided text to let me know the tech would be arriving early. Clean, professional, affordable. Dustin did a great job and was very helpful in how we could do some things to cool the top floor of house. Explained things with respect to our older AC unit. Very professional.

Great service! We have the contract where they come out twice a year to service our A/C and furnace. They remind us when it is time, which is nice as I often forget! They explain any issues they see and are extremely professional and honest. We trust their recommendations and because of the maintenance we never have any major issues!

Our furnace went out over the summer and we had ProAir install a new one. It has been working great with no issues over the past few months. We had estimates done from two other companies in town and ProAir gave us the lowest price. The new furnace was installed by Jake and Ryan who were great. They were on time and communicated to me everything they were doing as they did it. They also went over how to maintain the new unit thoroughly. I asked questions and they had good answers. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Honestly, it was overall some of the best service I've ever had anywhere.

Jacob was Awesome!!!
He figured out my AC issue within 5 mins (my compressor had gone out) and had it fixed in about 20 mins!
He was so patient; explained everything to me and then answered ALL my annoying questions!!! He was also kind enough, to take the time to show me how to clean the unit myself!
I had a 45 yr old furnace replaced almost two years ago by Pro Air, with similar results. Will continue to use their services as they are, fair priced, their customer service has always been great and their repairs/installations have never disappointed me!👍

My AC went out right at the hottest week of the summer so far. Matt of PRO Air did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem, repairing my AC unit, and testing it before completing the job. He was professional, honest, and personable. I will use this company again!
