PRO Air Heating, Cooling & Electrical

The crew from PRO Air was on time and did a great job. We had our ducts cleaned, which is an interesting process to see and the results were amazing when they showed us before and after pictures. Communication between the time I submitted my request online and the day of service was great. I appreciated being communicated to by text message. We needed a few minor repairs, which were explained well and the price to repair shared up front. The two employees that did our service were extremely nice and considerate, putting on shoe covers when inside the house. After the cleaning and fixing our furnace humidifier the whole family really tell a difference in air quality. I will definitely use PRO Air next year for my annual service.

Had to have the motor replaced on our AC. They arrived on time to diagnose the issue. When part came in the were on time for the appointment. Replaced the motor and checked the equipment to make sure everything was working correctly. Both technicians were very professional and friendly. They took the time to explain what they were doing.

Jacob was wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way if new issues were found and how that would impact price. He was very good about giving us options and making us feel like we were involved with making the final decision. We plan to use them again in the future and will be recommending them moving forward. Nice work, everyone!

PRO Air is always top notch. They conducted our annual A/C inspection/maintenance today. Jacob, our technician, took care of business efficiently and effectively. He kept me informed, as necessary, on how things were looking. I was very pleased, as always, with their service. I highly recommend PRO Air for your HVAC/AC needs.

I needed service on a failed AC unit. Pro Air were great to work with from start to finish. They: answered my call the first time, showed up when they said they would, and laid out all available options and associated costs and pros/cons. It was refreshing and a sign of a well run business.

When we moved in, the HVAC system was fairly old. We were able to get about 5 years out of it and then ProAir replaced the whole system and it has been working great. They service it regularly so I know someon will be here a couple of times a year to make sure all is well. The service technicians and the office staff are top notch!

I was having issues with my furnace I had used another company that gave me an estimate on repairs that were very high and also estimates on a new furnace. I called pro-air to come out to see what they thought was wrong with my furnace Gary the technician was great he’s very knowledgeable experienced and honest . I will never call anyone else for heating cooling or electrical. This company is great!!!!

Our duct cleaning was way overdue. Pro air got me scheduled very quickly. Darren and Colin were awesome. Very timely and professional. They were great with my dogs too.
