PRO Air Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Cleaned, did general maintenance and changed the air filter on my air system. Found a dead mouse in the blower (ewww). Polite, friendly and great HVAC professional. I have had problems with other businesses in town- last year a business provider flooded my laundry room and garage in the name of "maintenance". PRO Air did not! And they took care of the dead mouse.

Two folks came out to repair our A/C unit as it wasn’t running when we tried to start it this spring. I was expecting the worst but ProAir was able to diagnose a minor electrical issue that fixed our problem. This is not the first time we used ProAir and I would highly recommend them. Always professional and courteous.

It is always great when a problem gets fixed. It makes it even better being treated with respect and professionalism as Gary displayed to me this morning. He was able to come sooner than expected and resolved an issue with my furnace and he did it rather quickly and thoroughly. Thank you!

Arrived earlier than expected which is wonderful on a 90 degree day. Jacob was thorough and promptly fixed the problem.

Seasonal checkup on our A/C. Found a weak capacitor on the blower and replaced it. Gave a thorough description and explanation of what and why they were checking on the system. Answered all questions in detail. Jacob had a trainee with him and I am confident under his supervision that PRO Air will have another competent HVAC tech. Friendly, knowledgable and professional.

Vinnie and Ryan did a great job installing our new air conditioner and furnace. They made sure to wear face masks and shoe coverings when they were in our house. They were polite and professional. I highly recommend ProAir for your heating and cooling needs.

After several bad experiences with HVAC companies in town I found these guys on a Facebook review page. I was not disappointed. When your furnace is broke and it’s cold in the house waiting is not an option. They were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Gary came to house and brought with him many years of service and took care of problem right away. I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC work.

Have been using Pro-Air since inheriting our Geothermal system when we bought our house 6 years ago. They have been professional, efficient, and have kept it humming along with regular maintenance. Matt in particular has been fantastic at showing up on time, doing thorough system checks, changing the filter, and even once doing an emergency repair when our fan motor conked out during an extended sub-zero blast of cold weather a few years ago. Happy with the service and highly recommended.

I had a furnace leaking water after hours and was a bit scared. They sent a very nice, professional technician to check on my system. He did a quick check out of my system, assured me I was safe for the night, and said he’d return when they weren’t charging emergency prices. The experience was great, and the cost was surprisingly low!
