PRO Air Heating, Cooling & Electrical

Called Pro-Air early Sunday morning for a heating issue. The technician promptly called back and was on site within an hour. Got the issue resolved and then took initiative to go through furnace to check everything out. Very friendly customer service and knowledgeable. Even though it was a Sunday at a premium rate, cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend

There is not high enough praise for me to adequately describe my feelings towards Pro air and their team! Their products are better, their estimates were fair and far less expensive than another I received and their pricing was far more transparent. From my dealings on the phone, to the interaction with every single member of their staff who came to my home, it was completely excellent! All my questions were answered and I love my new system. If you’re smart, you will engage the services of Pro Air.

Ryan was amazing! He took the time to fix our furnace and get it up and running again! He also noticed and suggested some other maintenance things we could do that day/in the future. It was awesome to be able to have everything fixed and working as he had all the parts needed on his truck! I will for sure be coming back and telling others about Pro Air! You get a great service at an amazing price!

Very impressed with the service I received. Had another company come out first who advised me of the furnace part that failed and immediately recommended I replace the whole furnace. Called Pro Air to schedule an appointment for an estimate and spoke to Paul who immediately recognized there may be a recall for the failed part, he confirmed and contacted me back quickly to advise that part was covered by the manufacturer. Service was scheduled quickly. Ryan and Collin did the repair work and also worked with me regarding some additional repairs that were needed to the heating system. They were on time, professional and gave me clear information on the needed repairs and cost to do so. Overall a great experience with this company that saved me thousands of dollars. Will be calling them for any future repairs and recommending them to anyone I know that needs similar work done!

Pro Air was 1 of 4 companies we had come out to give us an estimate on adding a whole house air conditioning system to the farm house we had recently moved into that had no central air hook up abilities. The salesman was very pleasant as he came to check out the house and gave us his idea of what would work best. He said he would email us a quote and even said he would call with a follow up when he sent the quote because he knew sometimes they went to the junk folder. It has been over 5 months since then with no emailed estimate or follow up call. Needless to say, we went with one of the other companies but we were just asked to write this review and wanted to share our honest experience since we were asked.

Gary is great! He has been out go/to HVAC technician for a number of years. He is extremely knowledgeable, cordial, honest, prompt and efficient. I always know we are in good hands with Gary!

We highly recommend Pro Air. Our air conditioning needed service a few weeks ago. Ultimately, we decided to replace our entire system since it's 15 years old. It's obviously a busy time of the year for a/c repair and installation, but they loaned us a few window units to help us get through. Vinny and Ryan came out today and were so fantastic! They arrived at our home on time, worked SO hard the entire time they were here, and explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned everything up before they left. They were both really nice guys and our family is so grateful for them! We had a furnace repair several years ago and we were impressed then, but today just really solidified that Pro Air will always get our business.

The circuit board on my furnace went out. Pro fair staff member worked diligently to ensure warranty information was correct with vendor (somehow it had been listed under my previous address by different vendor). Had the part within days and sent out a technician ASAP to install… I am very grateful to the folks who worked on this!! Extremely professional and very quick to respond. Thank you ProAir!

due to some timing issues we were not home when their tech arrived. he called us and we informed him we were on our way so he asked permission to start inspecting/troubleshooting at the outside a/c compressor. we granted it. when we arrived he was waiting and came right up to us, friendly as can be and informed us he found an issue and had already repaired it and that we just needed to turn the a/c on so he could do some final checks.... he was right, his repair was all that was needed... and did I say he was friendly, professional and answered any questions I had. will definitely use them for all our future heating/cooling needs.
