Great and friendly service. I wasn't pushed to buy something I didn't need or want. They got my new AC and heater done in 1 day! I definitely recommend using them.

After some initial delay in service due to miscommunication when setting up an appointment, Rose rectified the situation by having a tech out to our house almost immediately. The tech, Brian, was thorough, explained the process in detail, answered all of our questions, and had our central air working in no time. Locally owned, Great tech, Good service, Reasonable prices.

We just had Algonquin Heating out to see why our heat wasnt kicking on. They were over within a half hour and their technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Have always had excellent customer service and work performed by Brian. It's always reassuring to know he'll be the one servicing our boiler after many years. Rose, the office manager, has always answered the phone and arranged our appointments. We can always count on them to be punctual and organized.

We have been using Algonquin Heating and Air Conditioning since 1994. Brian Pirtle has been our preferred service technician for all service related issues, from season prep/readiness to repairs. Brian is phenomenal not just from a knowledge based perspective (AMAZING)but through his customer service acumen especially. He ALWAYS takes the time to explain things and his ability to foresee potential issues is uncanny. Brian is a real credit to AH&AC and they are fortunate to have such a consumate professional in their employ. I'd highly recommend them (especially Brian) for any residential HVAC work.

I have a 30 year old furnace that has always been maintained by algonquin heating. Very professional, they have never tried to sell me on products. Usually my technician is Brian who is very knowledgeable and helpful. Would recommend.

I saw one of the Algonquin service trucks at our neighbors across the street and called the office. As soon as the service man finished there he came over and serviced my AC. He checked everything out and wore his protective mask too. I was thinking about changing my HVAC company and I'm glad I did. I learned that my neighbors have been using your company for 15 years.
