I have been using Algonquin Heating for over 30 years now and have always been satisfied with their service. Brian is very conscientious and thorough in solving the problem. Rose is always very helpful in scheduling service quickly.

At the end of the day I was sorry that I used Algonquin heating for my furnace. My furnace was not firing up on Wednesday (Thanksgiving eve) I called them in the morning which they came out in the afternoon. I was told that I needed a new furnace and which I’m hearing different stores if I really had a cracked heat exchanger. Being that I was busy working that day and on Friday I really didn’t have any time to get pricing or say shop around. I got a price for a two stage furnace for $3450. I thought that priced seemed a bit high as I looked on line and saw my model installed at $2900. When I talked to the installer he said that it is a different size and all, also noted to me that they were installing this on Black Friday, I didn’t know that Friday was a holiday! So I feel that I was taken advantage on the pricing as I could have gotten this furnace at a better price. At the end of the day they were not able to do nothing on the price either. I was also miss involved how a two stage furnace works as I was told by the installer that only 2 burners fire up prior to stage 2. That is not the case as it is about the gas valve and how much it opens up and not the amount of burners. My last thing is that doing all this research with Lennox about the 2 stage I asked them to register my furnace. I had a hard time as the lady at Lennox told me that my furnace was manufactured over 2 years ago and was questioning it just being installed. This really got my blood going knowing I paid top dollar for a furnace that has been sitting for over 2 years and I wouldn’t have the best technology. Not a happy guest...

Quick to respond, sending the most efficient technician (Brian)I have ever had at my home. A fair price and easy to do business with. I will call on Algonquin Heating again when I need service.

I called this morning and they were here within an hour. Brian was great, did a nice job giving our furnaces a tune up. I know who I'm calling if I ever need service!

Air conditioner went out and Brian came out and diagnosed the problem and got it up and running. He was extremely courteous and explained everything he was doing! This was the first time calling this company and it definitely won't be the last. Excellent company!
