They did an excellent job at cleaning the humidifier, checking my furnace, replacing the air filters, and ensuring everything was running well and clean before the winter. I would recommend them again, great service.

Called in the morning to repair my furnace and Brian was out by noon the same day. Had the part I needed and completed the repair. Will be using them for all my A/C and Heating needs in the future. Great company!!

Excellent customer service and very prompt response time in arriving at my house. The problem was diagnosed very quickly, and the parts were on hand to make the repair. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend Algonquin Heating and Air Conditioning to others.

Edit: I'm not a competitor, but I did use one to have my A/C fixed. Rose doesn't believe I tried calling or emailing but I can likely show her my call log & browser history; my wife's as well, she (Daniela) called twice and left messages before I took over the task. Very disappointing response from someone in the business for 37 years.

Original review: I hope everything is ok, we've called for a few days & sent emails but they haven't returned any messages and the voicemail box is now apparently full. I hate to give a low rating but we can't go any longer with a broken air conditioner so we needed to schedule an appointment elsewhere. Hopefully others are luckier than us, I want to see local businesses succeed.

I thought the good ol' days were over, where everyone was down to earth and actually cared about you as a lifetime customer. I have used Algonquin heating and air conditioning for years for my small needs but today I got the ultimate dream of a garage heater because my wife said if it was affordable then I could do it!!
I trusted they would quote accurately and that they did. Always the same person when I call Always the same tech when I have service done. So nice, like the good ol' days!

My wife and I recently moved in to our home that was not well taken care of by the previous owners. We had a pleasurable experience with Algonquin Heating & Air Conditioning. I have an above average knowledge of the equipment in our home, but I don't have the experience to tell how much life is left in the equipment/ or am capable of QUICKLY troubleshooting. I love to learn everything that I can, but don't like peek over the shoulders of those that have a job to do or tie them up in conversation. The technician that came out was very friendly, went out of his way to engage in conversation, did his best to fix everything with out trying to sell me parts, informed me of the life expectancy of our equipment, and even found parts that I was unaware I had that was left behind by the previous owner. I would recommend this company even though my phone call was never returned when I was looking for a job ;)

I have been using these folks for years. They installed my furnace and my air conditioner. Rose who always answers the phones is really nice ALL the time when I call. Brian, one of the techs who comes out is outstanding and friendly. Always takes the time to answer even the most stupid questions since I know nothing about heating and air... All their units work flawlessly. Highly recommend them!!

We have been doing business with them for 19 years! They put in our original AC unit in 2001 and just had it replaced in October 2017. They service our air conditioner, furnace and whole house humidifier every year. They are ALWAYS very professional, friendly, on-time and they stand behind their work. Highly Recommended!!!

We have had our annual furnace & a/c check up done by Algonquin Heating & Air for over 20 years. They have always provided us with great service and the few times that we have needed a new part or freon we felt comfortable using a company we knew to be honest and reliable.
