Algonquin Heating & Cooling

We recently contacted Algonquin Heating because our air conditioning wasn't cooling properly. Brian came out and checked the AC unit and gave us different options to repair or replace it. He didn't pressure us into any decision but we decided that since our unit was quite old we would get it replaced. They came out the next day and installed the new unit and it's working great. They were very professional and took the time to answer my questions. We are very satisfied with their service!

We have been using Algonquin Heating and Air Conditioning for many years. Brian has been our technician and he is AWESOME!! So trustworthy and extremely knowledgeable. He's always honest with us and for that reason, we wouldn't even think of going anywhere else. Our furnace was 27 years old when we had it replaced. It was still working but felt it was time to get a new one right before the winter. I honestly believe it lasted that long because of how well Brian serviced it. Our air conditioner is 28 years old and still going strong! :-)

This was my first time calling this business for routine furnace and AC maintenance, and I would recommend them to anyone. They were at my house less than 24 hours after I called to make an appointment. The technician was very friendly and professional, and he did thorough work on both systems. He was able to quickly fix a water flow problem for my furnace humidifier, and he also added some freon for the AC unit. I will be calling this business again next year when it's time for the annual maintenance.

They installed and service our HVAC for 20 plus years. A year ago we called for service and voice mail was full. Tried emailing and no response. We called again 2 mos later to quote a new HVAC system and, radio silence. We assumed they went out of biz and called a competitor.

Their service rep never pushes for unnecessary work to be done as experienced in the past with other similar companies. We have never had an issue after they leave; as have experienced with other companies too. There is a reason they have been in business for so long. Highly recommended.

We use them for both our Heating and Air Conditioning Tune-Ups every year and all their staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. I’m new to the area and needed a humidifier for our furnace. Brian came out to our home and was very informative in describing the product and how it would be installed. Brian was very professional as a sales representative to the point where we requested if he could do the installation which he did. He did a very prompt and neat job. Would definitely contact Algonquin Heating for any future job. Very thorough in explaining the operation of product.
