I will never use these guys again. They lied about the number of hours on the job, came unprepared and had to come back for a basic repair (which resulted in billing more hours and drive time.) They overcharged for the work provided. They also would not return phone calls when I called to inquire about the charges. Very unprofessional and highly unethical!

I purchased my home in 2002 & have always had Air Comfort service my Air Conditioner & Furnace - I have the same Tech come out each time, currently it is *Ben Duncan, who is trustworthy & knowledgeable - I wouldn't hire anyone else.

We are very satisfied with air comfort I would recommend them to everybody,,, in fact I just did recommend them,to select stone services Mr. Lewis was not getting a reply from another source so I said why don't you use air comfort they are the best.They save us thousands of dollars literally and now our house stays nice and cool And it has the size of the filter that we need... thank you air comfort of Caldwell..

Called yesterday and they set Jace out first thing this morning. Very professional and nice. Not trying to upsell. Will definitely use them again.

Air Comfort has come to our office twice this summer. Both times they showed up quickly and were very professional. They got our A/C back up and running in no time.

Air comfort came out the same day we called. They charged our unit and we have a comfortable home now.

This place is the most unethical place to do business with. The manager or owner is very rude .While questioning a charge on an item that was not agreed to do, he slammed the door of his office on my face and never came out. At first i was confused if he was going to look up something and come back out to discuss the issue but after over 30 min waiting at the lobby , I saw that that he was asking one of the employee's trough a window if I had left the store, then after finding out I was waiting, he closed the door again and never came out. At the end I had to pay the charge in question, I didn't wanted to start a show an acted as educated person. His actions remembered my 5 year old kid and what he did was very insulting to me after years of using his services. Please be aware.

We woke to a cold house on Sunday morning. Called and Pat was very pleasant and arrived promptly! Got our system up and running again….thank you so much! 😁

Don't ever call this company,and expect a phone call back. They can't even return calls. Very sad. They say veteran owned. Sad I'm a vet,and would have the respect to call my clients back. Pathetic company. I'll take my business to another company that will return calls. Not like this is the only company. Peace.
