I would recommend Air Comfort of Caldwell to anyone needing air conditioner repair. We just had a house full of company arrive that was to spend a week with us and at 4:30 on a Friday in Aug. 2016, the house became very warm and we discovered that the air conditioner had stopped working. I called this business and was told that I would have to pay over-time hours because the repairman was still in Meridian. I readily agreed as the house was VERY HOT by this time. He arrived about 5:30, rapidly diagnosed the problem, had the required part on the truck and replaced it. Very friendly and professional. The bill was very reasonable, and I was NOT charged for the work after 5. This is a great business.

Jace was on time! Yay! That never happens anywhere else! Customer service was awesome! He explained everything. He had all the parts in his truck. Fixed the issue and did it very fast! Will be using him again! Thank you Jace!

A.C. went out Saturday night. Called Air Comfort Monday morning, they said they would be at our house in 20 minutes and they were! Fixed it within maybe another 20 minutes. Fantastic service all the way around! Thank you, Air Comfort and thank you to our heating and air tech., Pat.

We tried for two days to get an appointment and the gentlemen that answered the phone kept saying well in a day or two we will give you a call. I understand if they are busy, but that isn’t want he said. We told him we needed an appointment so we could work it out with our jobs. His reply was well in a day or two we will call you. I guess they don't need my business. I was told they are a great company to work with, but how would I know!

Outstanding service, this company has been around for a long time and that speaks volumes. It's nice to know there's still a company out there that still cares about their customers and not just the dollar. Very knowledgeable and respectful technicians, amazing service at a fair price. A++++

Have had them out to look at, especially, my a/c, a number of times. I live out in the country, close to 20 mIles from them. Years ago the auto repair shop I worked at used to do their service work. That's how I got to know about them. Always appreciated their business then. Jerry was always one of my favorite customers. Anyways, they have always been up front and extremely honest. Their techs are very curteous, clean, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do

Woke up to the house a balmy 83 degrees, unsure what was the reason . I called first thing in the morning and the tech was out and repaired it all before the noon heat . They came to the ac and fully inspected and fix everything. The tech was very professional made it easy, clear and fast . Bonus points for informing me of the financialCosts know prior to completing. It’s a no brainer!
