Air Comfort Inc Heating & Cooling

We called on coldest day so far this year about no furnace. Pat came over right after he finished another job and had us warmed up in no time. He was very quick, kind, and professional. We bought our system from these guys years ago and glad we did….

Had a unit installed by this company in October of 2019. Have had to call them out several times to fix it. Now a year and a half into my 5 year warranty. They made an appointment to come fix it again then never showed up to do the work they won't even answer the phone. Very childish and unprofessional behavior from staff.now they are lying saying that they smelled drugs in my home. Truth is the messed up on the install and my attic is covered in water with the furnace distroyed sitting in a puddle of water. Had another AC company out to confirm that it was installed incorrectly. And now a year and half later I have to buy a new unit because damage is not covered under warranty

When my ductless mini split went out I purchased another unit on line. I called numerous HVAC companies in the treasure valley, none would install a unit they didn’t sale. Until I called Air Comfort. The tech (Pat) came out the same day I called, assessed the job for needed parts and supplies. He called the next morning, told me he was on his way. Within a couple of hours my new system was installed and heating. Pat was exceptional, professional, and knowledgeable. We chatted, I asked questions, but he never lost focus on his job. Thank you Air Comfort and Pat. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC work.

Jace came and cleaned our fireplace and repaired and replaced a couple of valves. Very pleased with his work. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job.

I needed my AC unit disconnected to pour concrete and I was under a time crunch. Jauce from Air Comfort showed up within minutes. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I just had him reinstall the AC unit and they charged me a fraction of what other businesses had quoted me. I highly recommend and will be calling them for my future HVAC needs!

What a breath of fresh air working with Air Comfort. One tech, Jace, came out to take a look at our furnace, gave us a quote, and installed our new furnace and air conditioner. Showed up bright and early and jumped right into the job. Jace was well trained and efficient. Besides, he was a nice guy. We will definitely work with Air Comfort in the future.
