It became necessary to have a new air conditioner installed in our home as detected on a routine inspection by TML. Having had TML place our air conditioner 14 years previously, we used them again and would do likewise in the future. The representative for sales, Calvin, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The technicians installing the air conditioner, Josh and Ryan, came on time and were friendly and very professional. We would use them again.

Update April 4, 2023:
When returning from several days away, it was noted our very old water heater was no longer functioning. When I called TML late in the day, they had their on call technician, Josh, come to evaluate the situation. He was friendly, efficient, and informative. He arranged for Mike to come the next day to evaluate our alternatives. Mike also was very friendly, informative, and efficient in arranging for installation of a new water heater the following day, efficiently installed by Dillon and his partner. TML and all of the above men deserve five star ratings.

Bryce Armstrong, was amazing he gave my system a complete cleaning and inspection. We're working top grade. He was on time and made us aware he was on the way. I am very pleased with his workmanship and want only him for now on to come to our home for any service or maintenance issues.

Happy Camper of the century! Yesterday Josh M. and Caleb D. came out and installed a Daikin Ductless Mini-Split system into my home. Within just a few hours AC and Heat were coming from a wall mounted unit in my living room. I only needed one...TINY house. Less than 1000 SF.
They were professional and gracious and did a beautiful job on the install. This system is replacing BASEBOARD heaters that were sucking my bank account dry and I had NO AC at all. Only been here a year, but last year this house was a blast furnace. NOT NOW!!
TML and Josh and Caleb worked with me to get me and excellent system installed in time for summer heat and I am ever so grateful and happy with their service and expertise. I highly recommend them!

I woke up this morning without heat, I called TML as I have their membership and a technician arrived before 10:30 am.
