    I've never had any problems with the work they do. The most recent technicians, Josh E and TJ R, were on time and did a good job. The only down side is scheduling. If the call goes to their after hours call center instead of the main office, they'll schedule dates/times when no technician will be in the area. That's probably an issue only for folk like me who live in smaller communities outside the Boise area though.

    Asked TML to do an HVAC inspection as part of a home inspection. Cost was $179, had to call back to get the “report” which the tech told me was against policy to provide but he would drop it off anyways, which I never received. Had to request a separate employee to come out to give me a quote for a new system, never received the quote.

    Had to have another tech from a different company come out to get what I needed (for free) and they said they could tell from the undisturbed unit that it was never inspected prior.

    Initially thought I paid because they required payment prior to the appointment and they took my credit card over the phone (heavily pushed me to subscribe to a service plan for a house I didn’t even own yet). Didn’t receive either the report or quote I paid for but I did receive the bill in the mail stating I never paid. Tried to pay over the phone for a second time but was told my request to pay would be emailed to the billing department and now I need to wait for a phone call to pay.

    Every step of the way working with TML has been more difficult than it had to be and I never received the report/quote I paid (or rather am trying to pay) for.

    Follow up: I received a phone call from TML apologizing for the issues, wanting more detail in order to follow up, and waiving the service call fee. I understand that a series of unusual situations happened but I am glad they are willing to make it right once the right people are aware. Thanks!

    Where to begin with this company, the utter incompetence of this company is astounding. Our HVAC system that TML installed over a year ago has never worked appropriately. The system has been down for days and it’s 85 degrees in our house. We have had multiple other companies out to give us quotes to fix it who have told us that TML messed up and should do the right thing and come fix it for free. We’ve called TML multiple times and they have yet to do anything about it. Twice they came out and looked at the system and have done nothing, just said that we could schedule someone else to come out later. Beyond that the Beacon Plumbing showed me that upon installation TML never charged the system with Refrigerant to actually cool the house. We had to pay of out of pocket for the full charge of the A/C which came out to about 500-600 bucks and then now have to replace the cold air return that should have been replaced but never was. Beacon plumbing came out immediately and made it livable for us while we try to get TML to do something. We were promised a supervisor call and someone out today to do something to fix it and have heard nothing. I have continued to call and been told that someone will reach out and they have not and are now calling and hanging up upon the call ringing on my end. We’re going to spend thousands of dollars fixing things that should have been done correctly the first time. Do not use TML, they will screw you over. Use Beacon Plumbing, Heating, and Mechanical they have gone above and beyond to help us and have amazing customer service and do the job correctly THE FIRST TIME. What a shock.

    I have used TML for the last few years for furnace and AC maintenance. The company and employees are wonderful. Today Ken Tokowitz came to my home for general maintenance. He did a great job and was very nice and professional, consistent with my previous experience with TML. Great job Joshua Ricketts.

    Our 15 year old furnace and air conditioning system needed to replaced. I contacted Lowe's Hardware of our situation. TML Service Experts were referred to us and a meeting was setup. Without going into a long detailed report, I will simply say that TML Service Experts exceeded our expectations. They were completely in tune with our needs, especially my concerns about allergies one of my children struggles with throughout the year, especially in Spring and Autumn. TML recommended a 3 stage air cleaner, along with a steam humidifier. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with the work. The techs showed up on time, were polite and answered every question we had regarding our system. The nice part about the whole process was that Lowe's Hardware sent a representative to meet TML at our home to go over the process and payment for the system. Not much more to say, other than TML will have our HVAC system business from now on. We highly recommend them!

    Update 10152019: We recently had a Navion Tankless Water Heater installed by TML Service Experts. In short, another great job done by the company! Upon showing interest in a tankless water heater, the rep (Calvin) was at my house within 2 hours explaining the cost and benefits of a new system. I signed papers for the new equipment on a Friday and had an install date for the following Monday. The technician (David W.) showed up on time. David was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and had our old water heater removed and the new system up and running within 4 hours. Clean up and an explanation of the basic workings of the water heater was accomplished. Once again, I highly recommend TML Service Experts to anyone needing an HVAC system or water services for their home.

    Bryce Armstrong is my HVAC hero. Today he solved a system communication problem and I am thrilled that now we have the AC working properly.
    Bryce is always professional but also friendly and as a senior technician, so very knowledgeable. Bryce gives awesome service. Thank you, TML and thank you, Bryce.

    Josh Ricketts was great. Spent quite a bit of time here ruling out all serious issues. He has a supper pleasant personality and gave me detailed information on how to move forward. Highly recommend!

    We had our quarterly HVAC maintenance appointment today and Josh Ricketts was our service tech. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. We have always been satisfied with TML’s service.
