Service installer mechanic is Trace Roberts, April 4, 2023. There were a few workers. One is Kyler, who is very helpful and polite.
Outstanding is the lead team, Chad Norton, who brought in these expert installers. Chad himself is very knowledgeable of the products he sold to us. He was able to answer all questions. They replaced an 18 year old furnance, a/c and coil. They also replaced water tank heater with tankless water heater. They finished all the work before 5pm. I think they love their work. They did not take any lunch break.

TML does a great job for all my HVAC needs. I am on their service plan to keep our system in top shape. Jason was out today for the fall furnace maintenance. He was very professional, explained everything, and had good suggestions for me. Highly recommended!

Update: My tech today was Bryce. He took great care in cleaning up my A/C and made sure it continues to run in top shape for the summer. Another great experience with TML!

Bryce was diligent and persistent in diagnosing issues with my furnace making certain my home stayed warm until parts arrived and the repairs were completed. Best of all, he not only tolerated my boisterous dog but gave her much appreciated attention. Kudos also to Mike in clearly explaining financing options should my furnace need replacing, patiently answering my questions, and researching how the Advantage Plan might best suit my particular situation. Thank you to all TML staff for their professionalism and timely response to a somewhat urgent situation.

I found out recently that TML was the company that installed the HVAC system in my house and was the same company that was doing the preventive maintenance (PM) service with the previous owner. Shortly after I moved into my house, I had Access Heating & Air do a PM on my heating system and found that the installers didn't set the gas pressure correctly and it wasn't found in any of the previous PM's. As the gas pressure was too high, this caused the heat exchanger to run in conditions it wasn't designed for and caused small hairline cracks to form within 2 years of life.
If the system was setup correctly during install, it would have saved me a few thousand dollars in repairs. I would advise anyone using TML to have a 3rd party company come in and do a second PM on the system to confirm what they are saying is accurate.

Jose and Mike were both stellar! Great customer service, professional, and very knowledgeable! I hope they come do my service again next time.

My technician, TJ Reach, was very informative while answering my questions and did a great job servicing my AC for improved efficiency. A big thanks and thumbs up for TJ!
