Had the pleasure of working with Josh Ricketts today. He was, on time, prompt, and incredibly professional. I highly recommend TML!

TML and my tech Bryce were great to work with. They were able to get me in the very next morning and helped me with a problem with my water heater. Also gave me some tips and advice regarding my AC and furnace. They will be sending someone out to give me a quote so I can prepare to replace those items. Bryce was very responsive and professional. Would highly recommend!

Experience so far is quite bad.

We hired them to install a whole house humidifier early December for over $3000. The sells person were fast and quote quickly. But installation has never been done correctly and system never working properly. They set the humidity to 41%, and told me the indoor humidity should arrive 41% in a couple hours. But for the last two weeks our indoor humidity never achieved 30%, it was about 20%, 25%. I searched online and looks like they install the humidity sensor/controller right next to the humidifier inlet, which were all mounted to the return air of the AC system. The sensor is sensing the humidifier itself and didn’t care what’s inside the house. We’ve been waiting technician to come and check how to get the installation correct so it could work properly. Then was told that that’s how they install the system, there’s no issue with their installation and it should work with no problem. But reality is it does not work!!! If we want it to work for indoor, we need to pay extra $700. I asked the sells person to help find someone to help solve the problem. Then suddenly in the afternoon two people came to our house without an appointment and says they’re going to take the equipment off. There’ll be a couple big holes left that the installer digged in the AC system. I feel uncomfortable and couldn’t say a word on how this work has been done and why they cannot get the system to work. And ask for more money for what should be done properly at the first time. Still waiting a feedback.

Josh Ricketts did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use TML for all of my heating and AC needs.

I can trust Bryce with TML to take care of my heat pump and furnace to keep them running efficiently. He won’t do unnecessary repairs. 👍😊

Today is June 28. Josh Ricketts came out to fix our fan which has a long story.

He was friendly and smiling from the moment he got out of the truck. Fixed and yeah! So prompt and knowledgeable. Heidi was so fun on the phone. Send him every time.
