    Monday June 1st, I scheduled online a maintenance/cleaning for either Wednesday 3rd or Thursday 4th as I have a home warranty that covers any "problems" excluding maintenance. I was looking forward to doing business with TML as I received the special coupon in the mail for a tune up which I hoped could be used towards a cleaning service because every year cotton in the air clogs the vents for my hvac system. I received a confirmation email stating that my desired time wasnt available but a few hours later there was a 12 to 2 time slot which I was automatically scheduled for. The morning of the service I get a call saying that many of their technicians called in sick for the day and that it will need to be rescheduled. I'm told the next available appt is June 25th as "so many clients from March and May pushed back their services for June." I understand that now is the busy time of year for them but what would possibly make more sense is not pushing a customers scheduled date that the business canceled, behind all of the people that scheduled AFTER me. Huh...

    It's like Hell's front porch this week (100°+) and of course our 4 yr old AC unit decides to start screaming. We called TML and in less than 48 hrs, they sent technician TJ Reach out to help us. TJ knew we were under warranty, and helped get us up and running in less than an hour! He was professional, kind and fast. We're very happy with our service and look forward to cooling off SOON!     My air conditioner had gone out the day TML was too come and give me a quote for duct cleaning. He went downstairs and found that my air conditioner was iced up. He turned on the heat to melt the ice while he counted the vents for original work. He went back to the shop and brought back two filters since mine were in bad condition. He installed them. As a salesman he went above and beyond service. I was so appreciative for his time. Thank you Josh.

    T.J. and Josh arrived as scheduled. They checked over our hot water heater and pointed out some issues to address soon. They checked over and serviced our HVAC system and heat pump. Once finished, they covered exactly what they found, showed me the specific areas of future concern, and discussed some options for system improvement. Altogether, they did an outstanding job. I would certainly recommend them to others.
