    Worked with Chad Norton to get a new water heater, ac, and furnace. He was very friendly and really patient with us. He answered all our questions and made sure we were getting something that fit our needs and budget. We haven't got the system installed yet, but if everyone else at TLM is as good as he was, I expect we'll be very satisfied customers.

    Solid honest work. Bryce educated me on the cost of repairs and I found out I’ve been over paying other company’s, (J&D ripped me off). He did thorough maintenance checks and cleaned our unit. Took his time, was very professional and friendly. Highly suggest.

    Wanted to share the great experience we had this week with TML Service Experts. Our HVAC system system was 16 years old and needed replacing. We were able to get an installation appointment within a couple of days. The techs that were assigned were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional! They walked us through each step and made it really easy to understand the process. They were on time and on task!! In addition to replacing our entire HVAC system, they also cleaned the duct system and dryer vent cleanout. A big thank you to Tom Trude, Dillion Roice and Trace Roberts.

    We had a problem with our heating system that resulted in a "No Heat" condition. Outside temperatures were below 30 degrees at night so it didn't take long for the house to get chilly.

    Our TML Service Technician was Josh Ricketts. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional.

    He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Josh then went out of his way to help locate, and acquire, the replacement part the same morning.

    He returned to our home, installed the new part, and quality checked the whole system.

    He demonstrated outstanding customer service, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly.

    Our level of satisfaction with Josh is very, very, high! He was a great representative of TML Service Experts.

    We've been a customer of TML for several years, and people like Josh are a big reason why!

    Bryce Armstrong was my service tech. who came out today 4/12/23. Bryce was extremely professional and helpful in all his work. Bryce was very efficient and clean in my house as well as outside. I thank you for Bryce and would hope TML has more employee's as him!!

    Everything was positive. From sales to installation everything was as expected and great. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, got right to work and stayed until they were finished.

    They handled the permits and inspections flawlessly. Even with a couple unforeseen issues with my home, they were addressed promptly and without added cost or delay.

    My dual project was completed as quoted and delivered on time and as promised.

    I had air conditioning installed into a home that never had it before. I also saved by combining that project with a new hot water heater that was also converted from electric to gas to save on those costs as well.

    I was introduced to them and contracted with them through Loewe’s which gave me an extra feeling of comfort in the knowledge of being connected with a known provider of quality products and service. I would give them a 100% rating and referral to anyone that needs home improvements.

    I know I will use them again!

    Update - My furnace stopped working so I called them and got same day service on a Sun eve. I was very happy again with the service (this time Ramon). Fixed it quick. Also signed up for the maintenance agreement to keep the furnace and A/C working great.

    Furnace went out on a Sunday night. Made the call at 8:45, and Jordan and Mike were at my house by 9. They walked me through all the steps they were taking, told me what was wrong, fixed it and were walking out the door 30 minutes later. They were both super friendly and knowledgeable and I am super happy with my experience. Would highly recommend.
