I rent my home and snowflake came out the next day to see what the issue was and then out again on a Sunday to replace a part. For some reason the furnace was still having issues and they came out the next day and worked with my work schedule and they got the furnace working. One of the owners came out to double check everything. Thank you so much so getting my heat back up!

Juan was professional and thorough. He identified problems and quickly resolved them. His quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. I will definitely utilize his expertise again.

While I was getting quotes, my friend reached out to this company for me (I did not think they would come to me since I was an hour away). They showed an hour later and completely explained step by step of "finding" the issue before saying it was a total lost. I now know why it went out and what to do to prevent this in the future.......I almost went with another company at over $12k.....glad I didn't.......thank you Snowflake Air!

Snowflake came out for a annual maintenance on my AC and furnace they were there 4 hours messed with my wiring so when it was getting warmer weather my AC was all screwed up. Telling me my AC unit was too small for the size of my house (that is 4 years old) and tried selling me a mini split for my master bedroom. Over charged for a routine maintenance and cost me in the long run having another HVAC company come out and fix their screw up!

Snowflake Air has been a great company to work with! They are kind and get jobs done promptly! We look forward to working with them in the future!

Michael and his team were amazing. My 23 yr old A/C unit had finally had enough and succumb to the summer heat. Michael quoted me a fair price on Thursday evening and was at my house the next day installing my new unit. They explained every part of the process and were sure to answer any questions. I never once felt like I was being “sold” on anything. I look forward to using Snowflake Air in the future for all our HVAC needs.

Snowflake was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and repaired my mini-split system the day before Thanksgiving. Will use again if we have any problems in the future.

Very professional and happy with our tuneup/evaluation. The email confirmation and text reminder was also a nice touch. Not sure if others provide the same quality service. Would definitely recommend.
