I highly recommend Snowflake Air! Jose was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within 10-15 min. after arrival. He took the time to break down all my options and explain the benefits of each option. I ended up replacing my heat pump & AC and the entire process was completed within days of the original call!

Snowflake Air did a great job installing my new furnace and air conditioner. They keep me informed all throughout the process and answered my numerous questions. I have already referred them to my neighbor and they helped him out the same day he called. I will keep referring them to everyone I know. Thanks again to Michael and all the guys at Snowflake Air!

All I can say is great service and professional repair. From the lady who answered the phone, Melody, to the repair guy, Juan, they are what old time customer service is all about. My heater broke this morning and they were at my house by 11. Juan located the problem and ordered the part right away. He got back within a few hours and completed the repair in ten minutes. Top notch company.

Another local HVAC said the furnace needed replaced as it wasn’t big enough to heat the house. Juan with Snowflake came out for a second opinion and found that the thermostat was bad, replaced it and now everything works great again. Thank you Juan! Melody in the office is also a pleasure to work with. After 3 weeks we are finally warm again!

Snowflake Air was recommended through Home Depot. I had 3 other companies quote replacing our furnace and A/C unit. Snowflake Air was almost the lowest quote. Two long established companies in the southern Idaho area were almost double the estimate. Both their Better Business Bureau ratings were much lower than Snowflake Air. Once Snowflake Air started the work, each time Michael/Jose said they would be at our home, they were on time. When an electrical sub-contractor was not honest about his licensing, Snowflake Air hired another electrical contractor at their own expense to insure the work got a FINAL permit from the City of Boise. I wholeheartedly recommend Snowflake Air for any type of furnace H/A work. I am NOT related to either Michael or Jose!

I was in a pinch my AC had went out and within 2 and a half hours Jose Aguilar from snowflake air came out diagnosed it and had it fixed within 30 minutes I can’t thank them enough.

This companies response time is fantastic. But above all else their technician, Jose, is outstanding. He is prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind. 5 out of 5 for this company solely due to the personnel they put in your home.

I work for a Property Managment company, and we have worked with multiple Furnace companies over the years, but I have never had to work with a company that has been so willing to work with us and our schedule . They seem to really appreciate the work and you can tell that they know what they are doing. Would definitely recommend.
