Snowflake Air

We moved into a 2 story home that really didn’t have adequate cooling for the upstairs. After searching and reading prior reviews we went with Snowflake Air. We are very happy we did. They took time with us to discuss options and we decided to go with a ductless system upstairs. This was a cheaper option and it’s been running straight for a few months perfectly. They are very professional and I think they left the work areas cleaner than what they were to begin with! They have great customer service. I found a small leak last night on our regular unit and called at 8am. They were here and fixed the minor issue and done by 10am. I cannot say enough for this company. I believe they care about their customers and their image. We are very pleased and will keep using them for any future needs. Thanks!

Snowflake Air is an amazing company, very polite, knowledgeable, professional and excellent to work with. I got five quotes and am a very detailed person (I am an engineer) and Snowflake Air was above all the others in knowledge, professionalism, customer service, timely and all around service. Stop looking, without a doubt use Snowflake Air. I hardly ever comment on these reviews but was simply amazed and that is really hard to do as I am pretty critical.

Snowflake air has been amazing to work with! They replaced our air conditioner/furnace/hot water heater all in one go! We also got zoning added for our split level house and they installed smart thermostats on both levels for our convenience! They made what

This is the third home I've owned in Boise and called on Snowflake for my furnace/AC needs. My furnace suddenly stopped working late afternoon on a snowy 20 degree day. Snowflakes owner Jose was at my home in under three hours and had the furnace back up and running in minutes. Since the repair went so quickly he also took the time to install the new programmable thermostat that was sitting on the kitchen counter waiting for me to get around to installing. We use the furnace filter service and it’s amazing. On an interval of my choosing snowflake comes to my house and switches out the filters. Year after year they show up with a smile and complete their service. Thanks snowflake!

These guys were great to work with. They were prompt getting scheduled, showed up at the times they said they would. They gave us a quote and that was exact amount I was billed for. Our new AC was through our insurance and they did the work and did not hassle us at all while we waited for the insurance check to come in. I highly recommend Snowflake Air.

Jose and his team are amazing! Our heater broke in the winter and they came to the rescue. Melody who took the call and scheduled the service was so nice and helpful. She was able to have Jose out the same day we called. Jose was quick to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it right away. And it cost us WAY less than we thought!

Randy Olivier was our system maintenance person today and he did a really nice and knowledgeable job of quickly reviewing our AC system both inside and out. He was very professional and neat leaving no mess and explaining everything he did. Even with our service call at the end of the work day, he was friendly and collegial. Snowflake always does a great job of keeping our heating/cooling system running well year after year.

Jose did an outstanding job!! He went above and beyond to help me determine the cause of a moisture issue in my home. He took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and answered all my questions. He made sure I received not only the best help they could provide, but checked in to ensure all other specialists involved were helpful and honest. Jose is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and always does a great job. Snowflake Air has very comparable pricing and I would definitely recommend them!!
