They were very responsive in providing a quote, and willing to explain all the costs. They showed up as scheduled and got our new furnace and AC installed and the old ones hauled away promptly. Everything looks great and has been working without issue. Very friendly to deal with, highly recommend their service.

Outstanding customer service, technician was very very knowledgeable. I had right now air come before they did and they said my cost would be over 2k for a new furnace, Snowflake came in and did a step by step investigation, after 40 min and some cleaning my furnace is running like new, my cost? $79, yes they saved me 2k so I already signed up for a yearly maintenance program, I don't want another company in my house, before calling one of the "big guys" call one of the last honest guys in the valley!!!

Folks are great! Very professional. They were honest, explained things to my content and I have never felt they were after selling things even if i didn't need them. Friendly and I love getting notified via text when they are on their way.

Update 2 years later. Still the best experience ever. I still appreciate the convenience and would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We shopped around, and Snowflake was not only the best price, they were the most helpful and responsive. We had to get a new HVAC and water heater, and Michael contracted with a plumber to get everything replaced in one day. We are so happy we found Snowflake Air, and highly recommend that you go with them!

I cannot express how grateful we are to have found a company that actually cares for their clients. I'm disabled and cannot handle the heat. 3 other companies that had come out to look at our unit and were trying to upsale us. Snowflake was the last call I made. Jose came out and was the first to check for warranty! He was very honest and showed alot of integrity! Jose and Juan just replaced the compressor and my home feels so good now. I can't express how happy we are to have found our only go to when it comes to outstanding customer service !!!!!

Genius! Business is fantastic and so is the service! Never have to worry about the last time I changed my air filter for our heating and air because these guys show up as promised and do exactly what I need! They simply bring a new high quality filter. 👍🏻

I used Snowflake air for two different properties this week, a house and a condo. Both were the "tune-up" service and it ended up being two different technicians that did the service. Both technicians did a great job and happily answered my myriad of questions as we went along (stuff like this interests me so I ask a lot of questions...). I would recommend Snowflake and I plan to use them again for next year's servicing (hopefully they won't be needed sooner).

Working with Snowflake is always easy -- their pricing is not only fair it typically beats the competition by hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Jose is the best -- professional, great communicator and problem solvers. Don't waste your time with any other HVAC companies.

Mr. Jose Aguilar and his employee Juan were on time and very kind and professional. Jose took the time to explain and draw a picture of what my duct work looked like and why it wasn't properly working in my back bedrooms. I have never had a service provider take the time to do that before. His rate for repairing the problem is, in my opinion, very fair. I would highly recommend Snowflake Air!
