Snowflake Air

I was an employee for Snowflake Air for a little over a month. I was just terminated today for NO good reason. And it was over text message. Very unprofessional. For the four years I have worked I have never been fired. I left my old job when I didn’t have to to work for Jose and this is what I get? As a mother of a 15 month old, I need a stable full time job. That’s what I was promised. What a shame. Does Jose truly care for people?

A little over a year ago I was in the process of selling some bonds to purchase a new furnace and air conditioner. I had been told by four local HVAC companies that my equipment was worn out. One went as far as unplugging necessary wires to insure the furnace wouldn't work. My investor recommended Snowflake Air. Michael came out and checked the equipment and plugged the wires back in. He informed me that the system was dated but had been taken good care of. He recommended that I postpone until the equipment failed. At my request, he did give me a bid that was substantially less than all the other bids for the exact same equipment. A few days ago, Juan came out and tuned the air conditioner up for summer. Everything is still in good shape. I kept the money invested, instead of giving it to a local HVAC company to invest. I feel that Snowflake Air's owners and technicians are not only honest and dedicated but proactive in saving their customers money. What more can we hope for?
I finally got the Completely new HVAC system along with An electronic Air Scrubber. With the recent pandemic I felt that a device designed for removing dangerous biohazardous materials might be something worth purchasing. I'm pleased I did it. A small price to pay for the protection it provides. The last HVAC system lasted 21 years with annual servicing. Lets hope this new one does the same. The brand I ordered was not available so they upgraded the order to a more efficient model, free of charge. Thank you, Snowflake Air!

My furnace went out unexpectedly and Michael with snowflake air showed up to save the day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, obtained parts and repaired my furnace within a very short period of time at a fair price. I would definitely recommend and use the guys at Snowflake Air in the future.

I was very impressed with the Installation of the new Inverter. I wish I could remember their names (the two men-that did the installation). I asked for their business cards but they didn’t have any. The Registration form asked for the name of the installer. Installation can’t get any better than PERFECT. Thank You Snowflake Air for your most excellent service!

Very professional, on time, and friendly service. We had a challenging furnace replacement issue, and they did a great job. As an added bonus, they weren’t too bothered by my very curious baby who wanted to watch what they were doing all day :)

Very happy with the quick response and professional nature of this company. There was a misunderstanding with the initial invoice and the owner himself called me then showed up at my door and resolved my concerns more than fairly. I love that kind of personal touch, great customer service! We will definitely call them again.

Absolutely the best HVAC company ever! Michael is honest, quick to respond, same day services, easy to schedule and very affordable. He is the only one I call for all our HVAC services and the only one I recommend. You will not be disappointed using Snowflake Air!

The gentleman who helped fix our AC today was fantastic very enlightening on issues to avoid how to do basic preventive maintenance. Speedy service and care with our issue and having a newborn in the home makes me even more happy to have used them.

Jose showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable. He didn’t try to sell me a new system or services I didn’t need. Prices are competitive. We will use Snowflake again.
