We Care Septic, Heating & Air Conditioning

Just had Austin Reed out to locate and pump our septic tank. Can’t thank you enough for coming out on a Saturday and on short notice. He educated us well on the tank and how everything works which is awesome as I have never had septic before. Appreciate you!!

I am so grateful for them. Broke unit before 4 July. They made a special trip out simply because I am a disabled Air Force veteran taking care of me mum and granddaughter and using ice packs under the arms to keep cool. Thank you so much David. My A/C technician Antonio Lawyer provided me with amazing customer service. He was prompt, very knowledgeable on all aspects of his profession. He answered all my questions, he gave me pointer and helpful information that I needed to keep my systems running properly. He is truly someone who is going to advance higher in your organization. He is a rated A employee in my book. I truly hope your company recognizes the full potential and capabilities of this rising future executive. He was well versed on the entire background of the company and he spoke highly of your organization. His type of talent and expertise is something that your company should use a sound example of what all your future employees should follow.

I recently purchased the home I have now but had used We Care in my previous house. I had always received good service from We Care so I called them to have the a/c checked out after my move. My Tech was Jill and was surprised to see her - she had been out to service the unit at my previous location. I knew I was in good hands when I saw her. She was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. I am extremely happy with the service I received today. I have always received excellent service from We Care and happily today was another nice experience. Thank you for your quick and thorough service.

We would like to thank Alexander Stokes, service technician for coming to our house on a holiday weekend to fix our air conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and spent hours ensuring everything was perfect. Great customer service. We would recommend him again in the near future for the maintenance of our system.

I was very impressed with Alexander Stokes, who came out on memorial day when our air conditioner quit working. He determined the problem after a complete inspection and showed us what we needed to know. He ordered parts for our 2015 carrier air conditioner and gave us “Good, Better, and Best” quotes for the work that needed to be done. After he left, we changed our mind about the one we selected so we contacted them and left a message for Alex. He called us back and it was not a problem. He scheduled an appointment for the following day and arrived on time. He did all the work that he explained to us and did a very good job of cleaning. He even cleaned the outside of the unit which really impressed me because most people just get it going and truck on out. I feel good about the work that was done. It is working great. We signed up for two yearly inspections.

Good communication, friendly and clean. Will Shepard came home and explain everything easy to understand, he work on my credit and set an installation for next day. Next day in about 4 to 5 hours I had a good cold filling again. Fast and clean.😎

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of our tech that came out today. Cortez was amazing at checking things out, understanding the issue, and investigating solutions. He explained everything clearly and made suggestions to improve the performance of our unit. While this was our annual maintenance visit, I was pleased to know that our system is still being handled like the day it was installed. I also loved the fact that the company sends you a tracking link and information about your tech before they arrive.

I love these folks!!! Always on time, polite, and explains any issues. Had the yearly maintenance done today on my AC units by ADAM. He was very efficient and told me that the only issue he found was a huge wasp nest in my attic!! He was, as expected, polite, explained what he was doing, what he did, etc. Again, I love these folks!!

I really don't know where to begin to express my gratitude for the exceptional service from We Care. Our tech, Chris, was so friendly, very informative, and just plain out a blessing! The capacitor was the issue in our case, but being that our unit is nearly 30 years old (the original unit from when our house was built), it's still running strong! We may not have taken up on any of their offers tonight, but in the near future, they'll be hearing from us, and that's a promise! I'm just so glad I went with this company for my HVAC problem, so I highly recommend you all do so too! Thanks once again!!!
