We noticed our AC had gone out at 4:30 on a Sunday and were expecting guests for dinner at 6. Less than 1 hour after calling Reece they had us back up and running. Top notch service.

They were great! It took a couple visits to fix all the issues but they got it done with good communication. They even repaired some small problems they found along the way without charging extra! Definitely recommend.

Friendly, professional, reasonable, even though my unit is old, did not try to sell me a new one. The repair was was fast and inexpensive.

My experience with this company was superb! They responded to my call promptly. The representative that called to confirm my appointment was so sweet! My appointment was at 9:00 AM this morning and the technician, Bobby, was here right on time. He was very kind, professional and super informative. Most importantly he listened to my request and even though the unit is very old, he didn’t try to upsell me with the “man talk” (when a repairman talks to a female customer like she’s incapable of understanding the simplest of repair work and tries to sell her everything under the sun with some free blinker fluid) 😏 My A/C was on and cooling again within 45 minutes! I will most certainly be calling these guys to replace it when the time comes! Definitely would recommend them if you are looking for a professional, honest and fair company! Our AC stopped working, and temperatures went up to 85+ degrees. We waited an entire night and day for another company to simply call us back to schedule a service. After the 4th call to them, their dispatcher told us that their on-call technician had received our message each time we called. Since we clearly weren’t valuable customers to this other company, we turned to Reece Heating and Air.

Bobby came out within an hour of our call, at night, on a holiday, in the driving rain and flashing lightning. He is a shining example of customer service and we cannot thank him enough. He also taught us very valuable lessons on basic AC troubleshooting and maintenance.

We needed the txv replaced on one of our units. I remembered meeting Slate years ago and he has always been honest & professional. They came out immediately and gave us a fair quote and it was fixed within 24 hours. A competitor had quoted us almost 4 times the price to do the exact same job. I called REECE heating and air when I had no power to my thermostats. Ashley was quick and helpful to get me taken care of. Shawn came out promptly and diagnosed the problem and even talked to my home warranty company for me. He got it fixed in less than 1 1/2 hours. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and A/C needs!

If I can leave 6 star I will give this company 6 star. They are very professional and the price is fair. My AC was broken and I asked some company to check it, but the company lie to me asking me change the whole system. However when I met Reece heating and air LLC team, they are being honest. The owner comes to my house did the service and cleaning my condenser( No charge). I really appreciate this company and finally this summer won’t be hot anymore:)

Simply put, this company cannot be beat! Our AC unit went out in the middle of the day and within an hour of contacting Reece Heating and Air they were there to fix the issue! Can't thank Slate Simons enough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
