Speir Heating & Air

We woke up to an air conditioner that quit working, and I called in to Speir to see if they could come out to fix it. I explained to Rick that our daughters were having surgery at 9:00 and we didn't want them coming home to a 90 degree house to recover. He arranged to have a technician come out right away. The technician arrived within 20 minutes and got the unit fixed. Very thankful for Rick and his team!

Service was fast and the technicians were skilled. My only "complaint" has to do with I've never received the paperwork that was promised to come by email. Not sure how it got lost.
But the on site service was very good and the system is working well. My rating would actually be 4.5 stars but they only have whole stars to pick.

They actually came early!! technician was polite and got right to work. It was for a rental so they called and gave us a quote on the work in a very timely manner. The office followed up with me to reconfirm the price was acceptable. Actually was very surprised with the quality of all the employees and would not hesitate to call them again!

In my opinion, you happen to be one of the best Hvac contractors in the state. Your honesty and respect for our community is second to none.

We wanted the original ducting relocated to allow for extra storage space in attic. Speir H&A was on time, efficient & my wife was very pleased with the work that was done.

They were on time. Explained everything to me. This had to be done via telephone as I was out of town. On time and repaired it quickly. This is an awesome company

These folks take care of their customers! We had done business with another Heating & Air company, and when they backed out of a quote they had provided, Rick Speir and his team stepped in. They were prompt, knowledgeable, very professional, reasonable on pricing, and available when we had questions about the install job.....and I should not have to comment on this with any business, but Speir does a GOOD job! it is quality work at a fair price. We are now Speir Heating & Air customers for life! Great team of professionals!

Marcos, Speirs technician was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, appreciative and courteous--he went out of his way to explain things to me, you do not see that much anymore these days. Marcos definitely represented Speirs Heating & Air very well and has made a huge impression on us!!!!

I called a 24 hour company first, who funny enough didn't answer.Lol I called Speir Heating and air. They answered immediately and the receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. She had Marcos come out and he did his job very well. He checked everything and made recommendations as well. I recommend this company to every one! Thank you guys so much!

Speir went above and beyond! Miguel was phenomenal! Courtney makes sure you are informed. I will highly recommend them to anyone and will use again for maintenance on our system.
