When my air conditioner failed, and on referral from my daughter, I called Pro-Aire in Warner Robins to come check out the system. Their tech arrived within an hour of my call, and had my system up and running within thirty minutes. I could not be more pleased with my entire experience with Pro-Aire. From the initial call, to their technical expertise, this was a five star experience!

My a/c suddenly stopped cooling my house properly Sunday night around 8pm (the night before Memorial Day). I was in a panic because I knew the next day would be a holiday and it would also be 100 degrees once again. I dreaded facing the day without a/c since I had called a few other places and found out they were all booked until Tuesday. After reading a couple of reviews, I called ProAire around 6am Memorial Day morning. I was told a technician would call me back within the hour and he did. Then I got another call and made arrangements for someone to come out around 9am. That someone arrived just before 9 and turned out to be the owner Frank Tanner. They were so booked he had to take some service calls himself as well. Fortunately it turned out to just be the capacitor and Mr. Tanner had a new one on hand to replace my bad one. In less than 30 minutes he had my a/c working perfectly and my house was cool within minutes. He explained what the capacitor did and why I needed it, completed the job and went on his way. YES there was an after hours/emergency fee and that was made clear on all 3 phone calls with the company, but the part was reasonably priced. I felt the service was affordable and extremely worth it considering I could've spent the holiday miserable in a hot house. ProAire provided, friendly, fast and thorough service. I will definitely make them my first call should I run into problems in the future.

I've been using the guys at Pro Aire for a long time and the service has always been fantastic. I had to get a new unit installed, they came out and had the job finished before noon at a great price. They will continue to have my business for a long time!

Beware of customer service!!!! First I want to give credit where credit is due. I originally wanted my AC serviced but the technician, Eric, concluded that my unit did not need servicing. He was able to detect that I had a leak in the coil in the air handler. So he did not charge me for the service fee, only a diagnostic charge which was at a cheaper rate. Thank you Eric for not taking advantage of me. I followed up with my home systems protection insurance and filed a claim to have Pro-Aire do the repairs. Needless to say I became aggravated with trying to file this claim because its like they acted like I was trying to get them to pay out millions of dollars. There was some info I needed from Pro-Aire so I called them and this is where the 5 stars changed to 1. I was told that someone would have to call me back with the info. I needed and that it would be the next morning (keep in mind it’s already hot here in GA). I took my frustrations out a little on the rep. that was helping me, but I realized it wasn’t her fault so I apologized and accepted that it would be another restless, sleepless, hot as hades night. The call the next morning never came, so I called, no answer. I didn’t leave a voice message because I figured they were closed for lunch. After about an hour and a half I called back, still voicemail. I thought that was kind of strange, so I called right back from a different phone no., it was picked up right away. Made me think I was being avoided, so I politely stated who I was and that I would be taking my business needs elsewhere. Unacceptable!!! I’m pretty sure they aren’t hurting for revenue, so I’ll pay out another service charge to a company that values me as a customer and empathizes with my urgency for cold AC! I feel bad that if Eric would have made a commission off this repair he won’t now. At any rate 5 stars for Eric and 1 star for customer service.

I recently called Pro-Aire LLC, a Warner Robins based company for a commercial application that required replacing and installing four (4) units. I was given a reasonable quote and compared it to another company. We contracted with Pro-Aire for the job. Wow! What a professional staff and the work was completed in a very timely manner. The associates cleaned up at the end of each day and left our facility presentable. I appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. Pro-Aire is now our service company for our remaining A/C units. Thanks Pro-Aire for winning our confidence.
