My husband and I are very impressed with PRUETT. Josh set us up real good. The next day the crew showed up on time to install a brand new 3.5 ton Carrier system. They all did an excellent job, very thorough, went above and beyond.

First, I was Impressed with the customer service representative who answered the phone. She actually was polite and seem concerned about my predicament. I had made calls earlier that morning and she was the first person who was polite. I was so impressed that I called back to thank her for her professionalism. Next I received an appointment for the same day and an installation for two days later! Jeremy was very professional, gave me the options that I needed and set up the install for two days later. Unfortunately, about two weeks later, there was an issue with the thermostat. I called the company and explained what was going on and within two hours a representative was here and corrected the issue. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Pruitt Air Conditioning service was what I had hoped it would be. Namely, professional staff both technical and administrative. They were thorough in meeting the appointment date and time and I couldn't be more pleased with the end results and costs, all things considered. The installers were very knowledgeable and professional. They also were very personable. They completed our installation in a timely fashion and left a clean worksite. We are very happy with our new system and with Pruett HVAC. We would recommend them to everyone and use them again in the future.

We had two new units placed in our home. From start to finish everything went smoothly. Josh answered all of our questions and explained each step of the process. We are very pleased with the outcome and will use them in the future for maintenance.

The tech Adam was super nice and professional and explained what was wrong and what it would cost. We did have it fixed while it was a bit pricey I feel we got a fair deal. Would recommend them to others n will definitely use them again.

Disrespectful service technician, driving a very colorful company vehicle, horning the horn and shouting the technician’s political opinion on Houston Road late in the afternoon. Unprofessional behavior for a representative of this company. Based on the mail flyers that are posted seasonally, This Company cannot afford negative reviews within the local community. Personal political opinions should never over shadow the company image.

Out of all the HVAC companies in the area, Pruett was able to provide me the best price for top shelf Carrier unit. All the technicians were very friendly and polite. They got the job done in 122F attic, it was hell in there but they didn't stop working. Everything was professionally done and they even fixed all the air leaks from previous company that installed system 10 years ago. They did great job with making sure everything outside and inside looks presentable and professional. Now with their warranty and manufacturer warranty for brand new unit I don't have to worry about expensive fixes for next few years. I'm happy that I got great unit for affordable price and professional services. My neighbor have been using them for years and always we're happy with their service. Definitely will recommend this company to others. Keep up the good work.

We called Pruett this morning (11/14) and within an hour they had Adam dispatched to our home. Adam was thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. Within a matter of no more than 45 minutes, he had our heat working and helped us to understand what caused the issue. He even fixed vents that were not blowing air and showed us exactly what prevented the vents from working properly. Adam is great at what he does and we are grateful for his service and commitment to excellence.
