Pruett Air Conditioning

We called Pruett two (2) years ago as recommended by a neighbor. Our system is twenty-five years old. We have had an amazing experience each time the technician came out. Very thorough diagnostics and they only fix what we need to have fixed. Highly recommend them. Casey came out today. He is an excellent ambassador for the Pruett company!

Pruett has been our "go to" HVAC service company since we bought our house 10 years ago. Their service is always spot on and, if needed, their emergency service is fast and effective. Our last maintenance check was performed by their technician, Casey. He gave us the most though and comprehensive maintenance check I have seen. I was glad to have his expertise on the job and have requested his services on our next maintenance call. Thanks Casey and Pruett for a job well done and the peace of mind that goes with it.

I am very happy with the service I received from Pruett Air Conditioning. I was looking for a carrier to replace my old one which that company had went out of business. I lucked up and called Pruett and spoke with Lance and the rest is history. I would seriously recommend this company because of the outstanding service Knowledgeable and affordable rates. Pruitt is one of the most professional and best companies I have ever seen. They went beyond what they had to do to get my air-conditioning repaired. They not only got the part that was needed as soon as possible, they came to my house and worked till after 8:00 that night. They showed me that they truly care about their customers.

The staff at Pruett are amazing. From the phone interaction all the way to the service provided in our home by Holden. We will definitely be calling Pruett for our future service needs. We called in within an hour they had someone there.

We have used Pruett multiple times for total replacement of our HVAC units and also used them to help repair and replace some duct work. Every time we have used them they have been prompt and completed everything we agreed upon in a timely manor and also went over and above to ensure that the job was completed properly. We even had a contractor at our house recently working on something else and he actually asked me who did my ductwork, he said it was some of the best he had seen. Keith Dix and Lance Pruett both have been extremely helpful.

Keith was the best service representative!! He gave me a quote before the pandemic hit and honored that quote a year later. He even organized the electrical repairs I needed before the installation of blown-in insulation. The crew showed up on time, worked, and reviewed the job when it was completed. The price was fair ( I got other quotes) and the workmanship was great!
I will use Pruett again when it’s time for my ductless AC installation.

The staff at Pruett are very professional and timely. Our our old unit was inefficient and the light bill was growing exponentially. I got an estimate from Pruett, and the cost was a couple hundred dollars cheaper than another company I checked. Within a couple of days Lance called to schedule an installation the following morning. Our new system was installed and by the end of the following day. It works amazingly well. We saw a 65% reduction in our light bill with the new system. I highly recommend Pruett.
