    Comfort air came out on new years eve with a problem we had with our thermostat (burnt out). We were new to Georgia and just happened to find them. They put in a new thermostat and we requested a cleaning of our duct work. They also looked at our heating / air conditioner and explained how old it was. They did not try to talk us into a new one but did provide us estimated costs to replace it. We took our time thinking it over and decided to have them replace the unit. We had several of the employees here over the last year with the work they have done. All were professional and very knowledgeable in their work. We have been a customer for a year now and highly recommend them.

    Our primary AC went out the same week we had a death in the family. We called on Wednesday, 14 Jun 23, and they sent someone out that afternoon (in the pouring rain!). After inspection, we were told we would need a new unit. I wasn't surprised since the old unit was around 12 years old. We attended the funeral service in South GA that Friday, 16 Jun 23 and the Comfort Air team came out on Saturday to install the new unit. The entire process took about 6 hours. From the owner who took my initial call to the tech rep and installers, the entire Comfort Air team was very professional, courteous and prompt. This was the second unit they have installed for me in as many years and I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

    I rent my property and Comfort partners with my property manager Fickling & Co. When I discovered I had an A/C issue on Monday they were able to see me on Friday. They were quick to respond to the request and discovered there was a capacitor issue with the unit. A/C was fixed same day and I came home from work with a cool home on a hot day. Thank you Jeremy who coordinated my appointment and Will who performed the work!!

    I have been a Comfort Air patron from almost 2 decades. Bernie installed my system in the first house I built in 2006 and has done every house and remodel since.

    They have also done countless service calls and repairs.

    The organization of the company is unmatched. Always on time and always on task.
    Comfort Air will be installing a mini split at my lake house this weekend and 3 months ago installed 6 systems and a mini split in my new house.

    I dont know what I would do with out them, but I would probably be sweating.

    BLUF: Great experience; will use again!

    Well, it happened. Last night my A/C stopped cooling. I checked all the things a layman could check, and did not see an issue, so I decided to call Comfort. They were recommended by a family member and had good reviews online. I called them on the way to work this morning. It was 7:15 when I called, and the clerk who answered the phone said a tech would call me when they got in at 8. Even though that was a reasonable time frame, a tech called me back literally 5 min later. He said he would be out today between 10 and 12. Will came out, found the problem, and fixed it. My A/C was back up and running in no time, which is awesome, because it is about to get hot. I was also able to speak to the owner, Bernie. My conversation with him just further solidified that I will be going back to Comfort for any and all future A/C needs. Props to everyone I dealt with! Thank you!!

    We paid almost $8000.00 and having them to come see why we don't have cool air after only 6 weeks. Will follow up with what they say.
    I am happy to announce that they did come back out today and fixed our unit with no charge to us. I would recommend to a friend. Great job. I am editing this first rating because they did come out today and fixed the issue so my system is working properly. I should not have given them a 1 rating because they deserve a 5.

    Previously used the pink folks and wasn’t too excited with the device. A friend recommended we use Comfort and the experiences was amazing! Will came in and was clean, professional, and very knowledgeable with my system. I signed up for a Maintenance program and look forward to doing future business with these guys!

    First and foremost the technicians were on time and ready to work! I loved that the company sent a photo of the technician with the arrival text message! This helped me to verify him at the time of his arrival to my home. The technicians worked diligently and promptly notified us to any issues that they came upon. They were knowledgeable and very professional! I would definitely recommend Comfort Air Cooling & Heating for all your HVAC needs and services!!

    Highly recommended Comfort Air & Cooling. The service quality is great and the staff is the best there is. All are very polite and knowledgeable, and they answered any questions or concerns I had. I will definitely be using them for any A/C issues in the future.

    He replaced a relay, part number RLY02807. Relay cost sbou $60 to $70. Took alittle less than 30 min. With disount, the total was $418.75. I wander if i got ripped. The previous visit that found the bad relay was alittle less than 30 min and cost $125.
