I called to get my unit serviced. I was scheduled in a timely manner. The tech that arrived was very friendly and professional. Great service from start to finish.

I upgraded to a smart thermostat and blew the transformer in the pfocess. I replaced the transformer and all was well for 5 days. Suddenly I was without heat or A/C because of a faulty transformer or thermostat, but I was tired of messing with it so I called Comfort Air (on a weekend) and they were at my house in 30 minutes. I was a new customer so I was very impressed with how quick they showed up on a weekend. The young man that came to my house had me back up and running in about 45 minutes. He talked to me throughout the process and told me what was wrong, and it cost less than he had previously quoted me at. He gave me a quote to replace the transformer, but the transformer was still good. He just had to make one of the wires clamp on tighter, and he installed a fuse so that my thermostat wouldn't blow the transformer again. He was honest and professional and gave me a fair price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of HVAC services.

Comfort Air always provide superior service. I received routine maintenance on my A/C unit and my drain line was replaced. George G. was professional and very knowledgeable about A/C units and the service provided. He even noticed while doing maintenance and checking my thermostat that the wires inside were left too long and tidy them up. I appreciate the added value that Comfort Air and their technicians always provide. I truly feel valued as a customer.

Very professional and knowledgeable team, explaining every step they worked on during replacement of our AC whole unit, on time, and nice. Once done, left the job site clear of debris and trash.

Setting up an appointment was easy, and the gentlemen showed up to do our duct cleaning timely and as expected. They were courteous and answered any questions we had and even helped us put in new vent covers that we previously purchased.
