Matt has Great customer service! He was down to earth and knowledgeable i appreciated his help.This is my first time using this company, I recommend to all.
Also, the young lady who to received information for an appointment was very nice and courteous as well.

The indoor air handler stopped working so I called Georgia Cooling. Matt came out same day and diagnosed the issue. Turned out the blower motor went bad and to my surprise, they had a compatible part in stock. Now all is well and I highly recommend these folks!

They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Our A/C unit died and they got us a new one installed next day.

Georgia cooling did an excellent job repairing my heating system. Fair price and great response time. If you want the best tech, ask for Hutch maybe Hatch they will know who you mean. Very knowledgeable of heating and cooling maintenance and repair.

AC was not working for one of our tenants so contacted Georgia Cooling to check out the issue. They came by to inspect fast and came to find out the unit had died on us since it was 25+ years old. They were able to install a new unit the next day and had the tenant and their pets back to living conditions.

This company gets upset because I asked them questions about their practices on how they file warranty claims for parts that they changed on my ac unit. My thing is if your not going to file a claim for the parts you change, let the customer file if the company does not want the money. I feel really sorry for some of the technicians because they are extremely nice, but the owner was not so pleasant. He even stated that I may want to go elsewhere if I wasn't happy with their services.

I received an estimate from Lee and the next day I had a new HVAC installed. The crew cleaned up after the work was done. The air conditioner is working great. I would definitely recommend Georgia Cooling.

AC went out over weekend. Other folks in snazzy trucks came out but couldn't check warranty until Monday. Took them all day Monday to get back to me on the part (no warranty), running me around on the phone promising to call me back. By the time they finally did it was late afternoon... so I called Georgia Cooling instead. They came out first thing in the morning and replaced the part for hundreds less than snazzy trucks quoted me.
