They took all day to install. That night after they left we got a water leak and had to pay someone else to repair. The next two days the unit was not working properly. They came back out and technician said the guys did not close all the hoses properly. Took them two days to prepare that. A week later my windows fogging up and some of the rooms upstairs are not heating up. A year later the two boxes on the unit in the attic stop working …. No air. They called back said the boxes cost $1000.00. You would think paying $12000.00 for a new unit everything is covered under warranty. I prayed about it and I will never in my life use this company again.

My wife informed me the it was not working when I woke up this morning. I called Premier and the CS rep was awesome and polite. She sent me a text that said appointment was scheduled and the technician would text or call me when he was on the way. Jacob Rider called me and told me he was leaving the Perry area and was on his way. I also got a text stating he was on his way. He was courteous and told me what was wrong with the unit and what the cost would be before he repaired it. I agreed and he had the unit up and running in a short time. Great service.
