My old heat and air unit went out finally after 27 yrs. I wanted the same manufacture for the new replacement unit. After getting four estimates, Premier Heating and Air was extremely economical and had the best quality installation and customer service that I have experienced in a while. And I got the unit manufacturer that I wanted without the high cost compared to the other H & A comp. I had a new heat and air unit installed, ducts repaired and cleaned, new thermostat installed, one vent hole cut, new intake grill cover installed, (old) intake completely re-sealed, and a (first time) ductless unit installed upstair. This crew worked very well together, and they cleaned up after the duct cleaning and new unit installs. I was not home for the majority of the day, and my home was respected and properly cared for. **Highly Recommend** Our sales rep Chad, the installers, service tech Adam, and manager Mike were all very helpful from start to finish. They were very reasonable on their pricing. However the true testament to their company was how they handled some things after the job was completed and they were paid. When we had an issue they were extremely responsive to get the issue fixed quickly, and made sure that we were happy after. A+ job, guys!

Premier was professional and just simply wonderful to work with. I got three bids and theirs was the lowest as well as telling me honestly what we actually needed to do and what we didn’t need. Very honest. And the left the area so clean and not a mess. Fully recommend them to anyone needing HVAC repairs or new installs.

Office answered call promptly. Technician called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had a well stocked truck for parts. Tech honored the TRAIN parts warranty. Charged what they said they would for labor and service call and left when unit was operating correctly. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK?

I've used Premier Heating & Air a several occasions. I have two A/C systems in my home and they installed my second unit (larger one) and have maintained the smaller unit for me as well. Premier has been very reliable and responsive to my needs and I highly recommend them. I'm giving only 4 stars instead of 5 because I've have had to call them back out on a couple of occasions due to a continuing issue I had, but they've faithfully responded and ensured my needs and concerns were resolved.

I called and had an appointment the same day. They showed up gave me a quote and made the repair. Said another part might have an issue and would comr out and replace for the price of the part should it fail in the next 30 days. Didn't want to replace it because it wasn't failed at that time. - They did a great job in good time without going to far at a fair price. Not sure you can ask for much more!

A big shout-out to Adam! I cannot say enough about this young man. His hospitality, the knowledge he possess, his punctuality, but most of all his willingness to make sure the customer is satisfied. Adam went above and beyond the service call. He made sure everything were to my liking. He is very particular about workmanship and I must say, "Adam perfects it!"
No I am not a paid review, I have enjoyed the company of Premier Heating and Air since 2021, I can tell you, "They will take care of your needs and concerns." The salesmen (Toney was mines) to the front office Macy and Brandy, to the installers. We all have built a great business relationship.

Never received a receipt for repair services! We purchased entire new system 3 years ago from you and feel like we should have been charged alot less than we were charged! We are old people with very limited income! 4 Stars is being very generous!
