We had a hose bib break off on Fathers Day and Travis came out to fix it. He did an excellent job and was timely, courteous, and he does great work. I highly recommend not only Buzzell, but Travis as well. 👍🏼

I gave this company a call for maintenance for my Heating unit, long story short , the technician (I wish I could remember his name ) was very prompt and professional. He explained everything to me and went over what would be done; I have no complaints, will use and recommend again !

This company is awesome! It was an easy sales and installation process for my family. We called about a new HVAC system and Tyler came out to our house within the hour or so to meet with us and answer all of our questions. We went over everything with him before he professionally prepared an extremely fair and reasonable quote for us. Once we made our decisions, he got us on the schedule right away. The HVAC team came in and did an excellent job installing our new unit. We are very happy and satisfied with the technicians work. I highly recommend Tyler and the entire Buzzell team to anybody in need of HVAC & Plumbing services.

Replaced leaking bathtub. Destroyed bathroom before checking to make sure they had the right tub. Had to come back with a different to the next day. Left my house wrecked and had to have another guy come and repair what the left undone. Didn’t even return the valves cover in the front yard.

I used them recently to come fix a plumbing issue. Alma Martinez was very professional and helpful. She got me put on the schedule very quickly. Travis the tech fixed everything in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend using them.

Stay Away from this company, if you want to save time, money and your nervous system. I asked this company to fix my AC, they came, charged me insane amount of money and in 3 days my AC was not working again. I disputed the transaction and was threatened by the company owner Mark Buzzell to send it to collection. Totally unprofessional, untrained personnel and arrogant owners who think they can overcharge people and get away with it.

We have used Buzzell several times over the years, and have always been happy with our experience. This week however, they went above and beyond to take care of our family. Between Alyssa doing her best to ensure we weren’t without water any longer than necessary, and Travis climbing into our muddy crawl space (in very cold weather) to fix our busted mainline, we are relieved and grateful. It’s a Christmas miracle! Thanks a million.

Never use Buzzell for heating and air! Did I say never? Never!!!! They put a 16 Seer 4 ton system in my 3200 sq foot home. My unit never shut off and had more sweat/ condensation on the air handler and ducting that you can understand. The 4 ton system was severely undersized and they should know that!!! I just had to put a new system in at 6 years!!!! Yes house is 6 years old.

Great experience with Buzzell!! Travis was early, personable and professional! Problem was fixed on first visit and recommendations were given to prevent future issues. Happy customer!

I called Buzzell knowing I was going to need a new HVAC system to be installed. Mark Buzzell came to the house within 30 minutes of the call. He later presented me a list of 6 HVAC units and their cost. We sat down and discussed the pro's and con's of the different units. I made my decision and three days later I had a new HVAC unit installed. One of the things that impressed me was that Mark Buzzell himself came out to help with the install. I've never seen that level of commitment before when the owner of the company comes to the job site to assist his technicians. The total job which required removing and replacing the outside unit as well as the air handler took them less than 6 hours. I would highly recommend using Buzzel Heating and Air for any A/C needs you have.
