Our technician, Dominic showed up when we were in desperate need of getting our AC repaired. After another company that ”didn’t care” gave us a weeks worth of unfulfilled promises and no shows, he found the issue and provided excellent analysis as to repairing it and cost. This is our first time using Comfort Air and would HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you so much for being responsive and detailed oriented, which is needed in this industry!

Dominic was the service technician sent out. This was my second experience with him in the last year and as it was last year, he was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable in the service call. My system is 20 years old and he explained the options available. We chose to move forward with a system upgrade with 16 deer equipment and he set the process in motion and got it on schedule for the upcoming week. Someone from the office followed up with a schedule date for the installation and we enthusiastically look forward to them coming out to perform the work. Comfort Air is the only company I would use for my HVAC needs and I highly recommend them for anyone who needs this service. I am in construction management so I am more knowledgeable about the process and means and they check all of the boxes for me in skill sets-professionalism and customer service. They are the best in class in the Warner Robins area.

I continue to use Comfort Air Cooling & Heating because they are wonderful to work with. The technicians and company continue to provide a great customer "experience" as what they offer is more than just a "service." As always, I received a text message letting me know which technician (with a picture) was on their way (on time, every time).

Will Sipps was great to work with and he was able to correct my A/C issue adequately and efficiently. He was courteous and professional the entire time. Today's issue was a clogged drain pipe with a full drip pan.
He clearly explained what the problem was and then showed me the results of what he did to correct it. The rate to repair was reasonable and as always, a quality job was completed.

Comfort Air to the rescue again! Our unit was finally biting the dust and Comfort Air once again went above and beyond to make us feel like a valued customer. We got the right size unit, a very fair price and financing, and prompt and knowledgable service. George is a great service provider and personable guy who can answer all your questions. I just can’t say enough positive things about this experience!

Prompt, professional, knowledgable! My “oopsie” with the weed eater around the unit blew a fuse and Comfort Air was there to diagnose and cure the problem quickly and efficiently while educating me about my system. Both father and son were personable and precise and when I scheduled my appointment they were upfront about pricing and invoicing- no surprises! Highly highly recommend them for your needs! I contacted Comfort Air around 6:15 and was called back around 6:30 and the gentleman put us on the schedule between 7 and 9 PM. My son's air conditioning unit had shut off and it was 86 degrees in the house. Tyler from Comfort Air called around 6:50 that he was on the way. The unit had shut off. He cleaned out the coil that was clogged up and ran diagnostics outside. Within 30 minutes, Tyler had the unit up and running. Will definitely get on the maintenance plan with Comfort Air. Tyler was very professional and did an awesome job!!! KUDOS to Tyler! Thank you so very much for such quick responsiveness by Comfort Air!!

Technician came out to do my routine maintenance on my units. I love that this company sends me a text of which technician and the time of when he is enroute to my home. Will Snipes was on time performed all inspections and shared pertinent information with me. He is very customer friendly, honest, and respectful!
